This place is awesome. They provide an excellent service. I like that the clothes do not smell like chemicals and they also have a great alteration service.
Had a good experience the first time, until i got on there month to kontj plan.... i moved away to california and stopped using their car wash around june or july. I Called in so they can stop charging $24.95 a month to my card because i no longer use there car wash and im still being charged each month and it now november smh.
I use to visit several laundromats until I discovered this one. Now I don't go to any others. I drive a long distance just to come here. It's well worth it. Very clean, safe, bright, great machines, good prices, fast Wi-Fi and excellent employees work there.
They messed up my PAT TILLMAN CARDINALS JERSEY!!! I bought the Mitchell and Ness beautiful throwback Pat Tillman jersey and when I was cleaning off the shelves in my closet I accidentally got dust on it. I was really mad at myself. It is new and I am waiting for football season to wear it so I took it to fashion cleaners and they said they knew what to do, and to be careful. Well when I got it back and got home I noticed the ARIZONA FLAGS on both sleeves were destroyed by their presses. They ironed way too hard on them. (Look, people make mistakes. I just wanted them to try and make this right. That is all we asked.) We took it back and they said they would talk to the managers. Well fast forward a week later and we never heard from them. So I called and the girl actually blamed me for a lack of communication. Then she said there is nothing they can do and to call the manufacturer. I told her, they are just going to say talk to the dry cleaner, the jersey we sold you was in perfect condition, and they would be right to do so. Why would they refund something someone else ruined? She kept telling me too bad and offered me a store credit. Really? 6$... Gee. Thanks for caring. She told me they did everything right and it is not their fault. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to reimburse us for new Arizona flags and sewing them on for free, they told me they didn't give a damn. That was all we wanted. If they would have tried to make this right I would have been fine. But they didn't even have the decency to tell us straight up when it happened, nor the decency to call us when it sat there for a week not being fixed. THERE IS A CERTAIN WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE AND THIS IS NOT IT!
I was very upset when I picked up my dress today from Rainbow Cleaners! I paid $14 for cleaning this item and Staines still were there. It is my 3-d time to come back and ask them to redo my clothes!!!! And the staff did not even apologize for the terrible job! I do not intend to ever use them again!!!
Great service! Also they don't use perc which is not environmentally friendly and instead use natural soap. Only other place that doesn't use perc is all the way on Elliot Rd. which is a bit of a commute for me.
The customer service lady there was rude lazy and selfish she wouldn't help the problem with a wash machine that ripp-off me off and she demanded more money into it if it works again after disputing this I left a note on that broken wash machine to warn people and how this lady was and the next week I came back she than told me that I can't come there no more I'm banded I was like wtheck so yea she said because the note I left on the machine!
I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but not this time. Todd did an extremely thorough job washing and waxing our 40 foot motorhome for over 5 hours with only one assistant. He even got a ladder at the end to clean the rear mounted motorhome ladder. With all of the bad experiences I have had lately with businesses not caring about the job they do or the customers they serve, it's so nice to see a good one still exists. He even showed up at the scheduled day and time.
I have NEVER been treated so poorly by business owners! My husband and I were long-time clients who spent thousands of dollars with these CROOKS. They are liars and cheats who will not own up to ruining a garment. We are baffled by the behavior of Sunhi and Brad, the owners, who were completely rude to us and accused us of lying about where the ruined item had been cleaned. They were the only cleaners we used and we are not pathological enough to take an item ruined by someone else and repackage it in an Hourglass wrapper, which is what they accused us of. We know four other people that have had this same DEPLORABLE treatment. They then tried to convince us the discoloration was part of the original dress design. WHAT???We are calling their landlords to file a complaint and with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and use ANYONE BUT HOURGLASS!
i've never been treated so unprofessionally by a business at anytime that I can recall. They were rude and suggested that the damage done to my shirt was not them but perhaps I put it to close to my heater (really) or that my "maids" could have done it! How dare they suggest that. My wonderful housekeepers don't iron or hang up my clothes. I have been their customer for 7 years. I'd would never work with them again and not should you! Bad really bad
