Horrible!!! My daughter has been having issues for Two months. I told them she was having issues and the only thing they had available was a month out, I took the appointment. NO ONE called to remind me of the appointment, they said an automated messages called me at 8:16PM three days prior to my appointment. Needless to say I missed it cause I forgot and then they couldn't get me in for another two months... Who calls at 8:16pm? And they said I picked up. I think I would have listened if I picked up... All my kids are in bed by 7:30 so I know none of them got it. Place is horrible, I'd rather go to ABC!

I had a great physician that did back surgery on me but he left and moved back east. The physician that took over his patients has not talked to me more than 5 minutes for the follow-ups i had with him. His bedside manner is terrible. The staff leaves a LOT to be desired. He just doesn't act like he cares. If my original dr had stayed i'd give it a 5 star. I am changing drs. and will never recommend this place to anyone.
I've had several surgeries with CORE doctors, and they were always professional and I never had any problems with scheduling, paperwork, etc. I've never heard 'infomercials' while waiting, and if I needed to get a message to the doctor, I was put through to his PA or MA and got a response back rapidly.
This practice is a train wreck when it comes to billing practices.1) They want you to pay up front before eye surgeries. They say it's based on an estimate from your insurance company. Even if they call your insurance company, the billing department is completely incapable of actually understanding how to properly get said estimate right.2) Your actual bill will be three to four times the original estimate. You'd think they would have this figured out since this is the entirety of their job but no. 3) They will then claim your insurance company got the estimate wrong. It won't matter at this point. You'll have to pay the bill and what not. Rest assured, I had already contacted my insurance company and they properly gave them an estimate. The provider just didn't do the math after the fact. 4) You will wait, often and for long periods of time no matter how early or on time you show up for your appointments. There will be no apologies for this wait. They will not know if your kid will be dilated during the visit. Sometimes they will tell you that yes, this appointment will feature dilation so build in the time for that. Then dilation will not occur. Other times they will NOT tell you and you will have your kid's eyes dilated and you will be there forever without having planned accordingly.5) If you bring up anything about their crazy billing procedures, they will act like you grew a second head. But one of the girls up front might confide in you that everyone complains about them. Good to know after the fact right?

Went in at 12:15pm, entered information at the Kiosk. I waited until 12:50pm, then was told they couldn't take us because they were going to lunch at 1:00pm. No where was there a sign or anything that said they took lunch at 1:00pm. It was not even 1:00 yet when they said I would have to come back at 2:00pm. Was taking my Grandson in for a RX for pink eye. We knew that what it was and was a easy diagnosis. Guess what, this is the last place I would go back to after being treated this way. Never again, will find another place to go. Do not go here......terrible customer service. Should have told me right away at 12:15 before filling out all information that they couldn't take us. NEVER WILL GO TO A WALGREENS CLINIC AGAIN!
