Terrible customer service. Manger and employee tried to fight a customer and even insulted them. They should be fired and be replaced with better employees.

I have been calling this company for about 2 weeks trying to get a return label but no one ever answers the phone.
Not only was the truck trashed and filthy, but the contract was not completely provided to us. The owner rattled off the terms at lightning speed but when we asked for a copy of the contract she snapped " I just told you what it said". Husband said ' you don't mind if we actually READ the terms do you??? she got upset. We asked for another truck as this one had the front bumper dangling. She assured us it would stay on. WHAT?!!? We were given another truck. also, while the owner was on one of her several personal calls during our transaction, a racial slur was used that stopped everyone in the waiting room in their tracks. I will say that the (different) location that we returned the truck to was perfect, the staff exceptional and the service above spectacular. If you can rent from another location - I would do so. Also, check rates on returning to a neighboring city, we saved over $300 returning the truck to Tucson and got free mileage.

***************************** BUYER BEWARE ************************************ I recently rented a truck from "Sharon the owner operator" of this facility.I would like to warn all who intends on doing business with her that she isnt an honest business woman. I spoke to her for 2 days asking questions about the mileage of the fully loaded truck, about the difference in a car dollies, the insurnce etc. She completely lied to me about everything. She will tell you the trucks get 10 mpg when in fact they get 5.1 miles to a gallon. She didnt print the whole contract until she seen that I was reading and began asking questions about the missing pages regarding the insurance that I purchased. She then became nervous and began to blame the missing pages on her printer, but magically the printer then printed the pages. Arriving at my destination they were closed. I dropped of my truck, I took cell phone pics of the truck, the dolly, the gas level in the truck to prove the condtion of the truck upon return The following day I called the 2nd location, the man told me he had driven past the location and had seen that I delivered the truck a day early. I advised him I had taken pics of everything. He told me he would check the truck in then give a call if there were any issues, I recieved no call, but he charged me an extra $50.00. for what, I have no answer for. I have done business w/ Uhaul, Penske and now Budget. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION / COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Penske wanted $50.00 more than she quoted me. I guess I got what I paid for lies and bad customer service.
