I have been having pain in both sides of my breasts for some time. My monthly self breasts exam I could feel lump's going all the way under my arm pits. I informed the mammogram lady that I was hurting and touching these areas were painful. It was like talking to a wall. After the mammogram they did an altra- sound. Once again I let the lady know that it was hurtful upon touching theses area's. I marked on the intake form that I felt lump's. The mammogram lady crossed this out saying there are no lump's. The testing came back normal. I went to a surgeon and upon his exam he instantly felt the lump's, bumps, masses, he labeled them serve fibroids (long medical terminology) that I am unable to pronounce. My question is if I can feel these masses and there discomfort & the surgeon can feel them how can they say exams were normal? When I had my Cat-scan done for my lungs & got the report it was like it had been copied and pasted from the prior Cat-scan from another site that no longer took my health care plan.My bone density report by no means showed what the prior one did either.Very deceiving! I wish my insurance company would demand from them to repay what they were billed for.My health issues are valid and have be validated by prior exams. Yet, they apparently believe they are above the laws and can discredit the truth of my state of health and take the insurance payment. All the while I am left fighting for further exam's to relieve me of my pain.

I had an MRI on my back last week. It was so easy and comfortable. I am claustrophobic and this MRI was completely open and I never felt closed in. I actually watched TV. The whole staff was nice and friendly, no issues. My report was sent to my doc as well as the images the next day. I would definitely recommend this place.
This review is for the Gender PackageNOT WORTH IT!First, we had to wait 45 minutes in the stuffy waiting room full of flies. When they finally got to us they didn't even do the 3D ultrasound! No one told us it was not included in our package until AFTER we were done! They even pointed out a picture of the 3d ultrasound behind the reception desk to tell us what to expect. And then they didn't do it! Just the regular 2d black and white one like the doctor does (but less clear). But the worst part was that they didn't give us one decent picture! We got a disk with 18 pictures but they were all TERRIBLE! One you could kinda see a hand, some of a leg, a couple of the back of the head; not one single picture of anything that looked like a baby. Nothing we could frame or share with anyone. Useless. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is that they did tell us the gender so I guess that's worth something. If I had known what it was like I would have waited the 4 more weeks for my doctor to tell us.Basically, don't expect a nice experience or any keepsakes; if you want to pay $59 to know the gender a couple weeks early, go for it. That's all you'll get.
I bought the $99 package and it wasn't worth it. They printed out the worst unfocused pictures. Also they're only 3 by 5 and the we're sloppily cut out. Such bad picks I won't even be using them. Also used the worst pictures for the buttons and key chains. On the picture dvd most of the pics were multiples of the same pic. Like 4 and 5 photos that were the same. And the 25 min dvd was missing 7 minutes. You pay extra for the longer sessions. :( and the albumn was a cheap dollar tree thing. Also the babies heart beat was not on the dvd. I should of gotten a cheaper package. I'm only 13 weeks so I knew the 3ds might not be that good but with my last two I went at 11 weeks and they were much clearer. The tech also was kind of insulting to me. She said. No one ever gets them this early. I don't see why you would want it done. I wanted it done because I had wonderful experience s with my other children and I wasnt even as far along with them. But I am disappointed that the extras were crap because they used the worst pictures and I didn't get as long of DVD as I should have. Next time I will go to another place.
Disappointed with sloppy billing department and poor error correction - I had a procedure done in January of 2014. It was incorrectly coded as "infertility" leading my insurance company to deny it. When i called AZ Tech Radiology asking them to resubmit the claim with corrected coding, I thought the matter was fixed.Then...two months later, I found that my bill had been submitted to collections for my failure to pay it. This is a huge hassle for me, and it was based on THEIR initial error.
This place is ridiculous! I took my daughter her for a back x-ray because they said I would not wait more than 10 minutes. I WAITED NEARLY AN HOUR to be called back. There were only 4 people in the waiting room, no one was called back for a good 45 minutes. When I finally received my services, I got a bill because they "lost my insurance info". So unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN
Brain MRI yesterday. It was so much better than the tube if you have claustrophobic issues! The staff was terrific. Will post more about the time to receive results and quality of films after results are received, but at this point it has been far and above better experience than other MRI's!!
