The staff was short and the lady at the front desk provided no empathy. Do they realize some of the people have medical conditions and can not go without eating. You walk in at 9:15 you don’t expect not to be seen til after lunch time and I’m assuming we’ll be seen at that time. I do not have any health issues but I see the other older people who are showing signs of concerns. I’ve let a diabetic who is starving and visibly shaken up go ahead of me, we have to show compassion and be considerate. I don’t want to be here all day but it’s okay when you have care for others. I called the headquarter number and spoke to a operator who stated she would let the supervisor know about this issue. She also stated this location could of contacted their supervisor and requested a floater as this would of helped with some of the staffing concerns. Please make your staff responsible and see that the appropriate staffing has been arranged. This will help with making everyone’s life much easier from the staff to the patients!

I went to the one at 35th and Peoria today, had an appointment for 10:30, arrived 10 minutes early as they advised. Sat for 20 minutes while they serviced everyone but me. When I went to the window to asked about my appointment, snarky clerk told me I shouldn't expect to be served if I arrive at 10:30. I am so tired of paying for services from people who act like they are doing you a favor. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait until all the walk-ins are served? I know the people served didn't have appointment because I looked at the list when I signed in. Have to find another lab that honors appointment.
They are so unorganized and always a wait . I mean how long does it really take to get a blood sample out. It should take so little effort. They should be able to knock out 5 customers in 15 min not and 1hr. OMG. They need restructuring over here or more traniing. The lady entering data is so slow she need more training. Customers in waiting room getting so annoyed by her. Pathetic. ........
If I could give them zero stars I would If given any other choice to have your blood drawn take it. They are the most insensitive, situationally unaware personnel I've ever encountered, however, Sonora Quest does seem to pride itself on exhibiting its passive aggressiveness at every turn. I waited 45 minutes while NO ONE was called back. The reason was because they were trying to enter a large order. Clearly no one possessed any ability to prioritize and get the other two patients drawn and on their way. Absolutely maddening!!!!
wanted to come in for a blood test. simple right?Not here!!! called for a location and it took me a full 15 min to get thru all the automated phones.Then i was sent to 91st ST instead of 91st AVE.That put me 182 blocks from my destination!! ( good 20 miles ) Since i took th e bus that was 1 hr each way! Of course by the time i figured that out it was to late.They told me to go to the 75th AVE location as that was the only one open on Sat.Arrived there at noon to find them closed!! They didn't bother to tell me that they close at 11 am on sat.Another 2 hours wasted riding the bus.Sucks when your sick already and then have to go thru this.Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!!! Ended up going to theranos conveniently located at walgreens.They were fast,proffesional and some of the tests were a full 50 dollars cheaper.Also had a 24 test result return.
These people need to hone their customer service skills.Totally unaware of customer needs.A waiting room full of people,most with appointments,waiting over an hour past the time.
