You have some good German food there but we would like more pastry and some soft pretzels
I am a Basha's market fan. Why? you might ask? Basha's is local, starting in the area in the 1930's. I like their bakery and product selection. Mozt of all I like Basha's compassion for employees and community. Other Phoenix grocery stores are owned by multi national conglomerates or venture capital firms whose #1 is take care of the owners, be it my 401k or the handful of owners with cash trucks.I know that every year Basha's will do its part on Turkey Tuesday to assemble Thanksgiving for people less fortunate than I. I know Basha's works hard to keep every employee rather than hunting zero tolerance excuses to let people go. I want local ownership, I eat groceries, compassion makes us human instead of advanced apes. I shop Basha's.
Oh my...where to start!! The absolute best cake I have ever eaten. Beautiful memorial cake made by Kim the owner for my daughter.. A real Italian buttercream..super moist cake..light mouse filling..just spectacular angel wings made with fondant. Kim is so talented. My heart felt thanks to her for making our family gathering even more special.
Great experience with Cakes and pastries! The flavor of the cake was absolutely amazing and the prices were very reasonable! Finally found a bakery to use for all of my cakes and small dessert needs. Would highly recommend them!

Great place for Vegans or those with allergies. I will always recommend this place to a friend or family member.
If you happen to visit this bakery, make sure to try their pastries. I'm sure that you'll love them and will not get disspointed.
The perfect patio to grab a lunch. You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. I am a salad person but my coworker raves about the grilled cheese. Prices are very reasonable for what you get.
They are so good in here. I have plenty of friends that recommended you guys to me since I am the bread fanatic of the group and I must say that your bread in here is one of the best in the area.
Since I've been wondering and thought I should share here are the hours. Tues - Fri 8-6, Sat 8-5. Pastries are so good. I don't have the courage to try more of them and other items, but what brought me to this place was the smell of everything baking.
