They're very responsive and helpful. They will buy your houses with cash and would not need to be in good condition.
I spoke with Mary Jane LaBut and she was very helpful and welcoming me to Arizona, She went out of her way to resolve our issues we had with our brand new home. Gave me helpful and friendly service as we have never had an HOA before. She called me back to make sure our issues were resolved. I really am glad that I have a contact person to help us should we need her in the future.
My plan was to buy a house when I first started renting the home that I rent now. This organization has made the experience so pleasant, I am no longer in a big hurry to rent. They make renting east and so this works well for me right now. Thank you for the great service.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! neighbors are noisy you have no privacy and either the landlord or the neighbors harass you and if you have kids that are biracial its worse. This is not a mixed cultured community which made it hard for my family to live here I have had the police called on me by my landlord because she wanted to have my company arrested for trespassing when the cop told her as long as the lease holder is here my company can be here now she wants to terminate my lease because she got in her feelings. And they charge you 767 in rent mind you these are not luxury apartments they do false advertisement they say in there listing there's a pool and playground none of that here at all and nothing gets fixed around here and don't waist your time calling the apartment manager cause she could careless.
I just have t commend this company on their communication. Every time I call them a "live" person answers the phone. Kudos to this company for always being available when their renters need them. Thank you!!
This is a professional property management company that makes the industry look good. I have used others and none provided anywhere near the service that this company provides. Glad I found them and recommend them to other investors who need property management. Thank you!!
The first property manager was lazy and unresponsive. The second one was incompetent. The current property manager either lies, or says what sounds good on a given day. I think they have all been trained by the owner to ignore phone calls and email. It's hard to get good help.
My experience with Sol Realty was very disappointing. The tenant left my property filthy with appliances broken and unreported leaks in the plumbing. The expenses cost much more than the security deposit, and the property manager asked to give the previous tenant my phone number to resolve the issue. I asked Sol to handle the renter and never heard a thing more from the company. Sol just dropped me as a client.
Here's my experience with Axis Property Advisors and their agent, Tim Troxel. We were working a quick sale starting Sept 8th. Everything was fine for the first couple of days, and then Tim vanished. He would ignore calls or text messages for days on end. Fortunately, his partner Dave stepped in and was very pleasant. Dave had to basically do the remaining of the closing process for Tim. A week before the closing, I spoke with Tim about getting a letter that indicated the estimated property value of the house at the time of my mother’s passing, since the house was now in a Trust and any possible tax implications would be based on the difference in value between the date my mother passed away, and the date of the actual sale of the house. My mother’s estate attorney suggested that I just ask my realtor for this letter. Tim said that it would not be a problem, and that he would get me the letter the next day. A couple of days later, Tim apologized for not sending the letter yet, but said it would be another day or two. I said, "No problem". Over the last four days before the scheduled closing date, it was nerve racking, because I couldn't reach Tim and didn't know if he received the final executed contract. We got through that and I thought everything else would be fine. I signed my closing documents and the buyers signed as well on Monday. On Tuesday, I sent a text message to Tim, thanking him for his service and reminded him about the letter he promised me. This was his response, "Going to be waiting a while if you're waiting for it from me. My fiduciary duty is done. Good day..." He then sent another text message that said, "There's other methods you can go about to get that, you don't have to wait for me". I was shocked. I was nothing but nice to Tim during this whole process and now he turns on me and treats me like dirt. What the heck? I then sent an e-mail to the broker, informing him of this situation, and I got no response. Not a company I would recommend.
