Great company, easy to work with, i was late on my payment just a few times during my 36 month contract, but never received an penalty. I will use them again in the future.
Horrible customer service, no website, constant hounding. I am contacting the Better business Bureau and seeing what i can do to file a class action suit against this company. there are enough complaints that someone should have started one by now as it is.

I'm in process of hiring an atty to investigate the business practices of this car dealership. Do not buy from them!!!!!!! You will end up regretting it. They're shady..unprofessional..will lie to you..rip you off...ignore your calls n report falsely to the credit bureau.
I was told when I called that it was only 1/2 month rent and no deposit for me to move in. But once the paperwork was all done, I was told I had to pay 250 deposit in cash. I called the owner of cotter key investments and he checked my story out' and the move was fired for stealing my money as well as others needless to say . I was told by Errma who is the lady in charge of all cotter key properties that I would get my deposit back. As I should. I was wrongly charged one . Anyways I put my 30 day notice in on Jan 27th 2014 and moved out on Feb 28th 2014 my apt was cleaned so well when I moved out because I didn't want anything to go wrong for them to try and keep 'm y deposit. Well guess what? Edema is saying I NEVER gave a 30 day notice which is a 100% lie. And she even said I. Was lying. Which blows me away. I'll take a lie Detector on that one. I did everything right so they could not keep my money and now I'm being ripped off for a second time by desert sands apartments .the management is also saying I turned my . Keys in on March 7th. Now why would I keep my keys for an extra week when I was doing . My hardest to do everything right to get my money back.. thank God I had witnesses to prove I turned my keys in on march 1st 2014 as well as proof I gave my 30 day notice to them on Jan 27th 2014. First I was told I was not gonna get my money back because I didn't vacuum my apt before I left. True story. Now it's my 30 day notice e and keys. This place is run by thieves and they will rip you off. And will lie to you and about you.also all cotter key properties have bed bug Infestations. But will lie and say they don't.
I'm not sure how this locations operates but the location on I-17 and Van Buren is HORRIBLE!! They are very rude and promise things and never come through. If I were you I would never go there!!!
Finally a place that will actually tell you what you need to hear not you want to hear & have a plan in place to help! My wife & I were facing bankruptcy if we could not find something to salvage the situation. We ran into RAM here on the yellow pages & had a great consultation the same day. We really got into the root problems & what would actually work & what would not. We were able to put a plan in place instead of doing nothing or just thowing in the towel. So far so good this is a great service with some great people here to help find solutions.
