ComTrans was the business tasked with picking up my daughter after school from our home to take to her afterschool program.Today they picked her up at a strange time. She was supposed to have been picked up at 4pm 3 days a week and here they show up when I'm not home at 2pm. My wife asked the driver why he was there so early, he said he didn't know, but that our kid was apparently scheduled to be picked up at 2.We figured if she was supposed to be picked up early, she'd be dropped off early too. When that didn't happen, we called ComTrans to find out what happened. FIVE times we called, FIVE times after the automated system gave us an option, whatever option we picked would result in the phone hanging up.I had to resort to driving to the afterschool program, who ALSO couldn't tell me why they picked her up early, and this lack of communication between business and parents made it so I can no longer trust A New Leaf OR ComTrans with my kid.Avoid these horrible people like the plague. I do NOT like the lack of communication options they have. Half the time they showed up late anyhow. Most of the time ComTrans would show up at 4:30 instead of 4pm anyhow. Horrible service, horrible people, please die out, you have NO business carting around kids and old folks.

Worst place west of the Mississippi river,Cristina never answers calls and emails,and she never returns them,her staff is probably worst,every single time i would go in there they would be munching on chimichangas instead of working,and always asking for money money money money money,so please driver's if you have worked hard for your small company don't trust Cristina with your business let alone your money she never ANSWERS CALLS!!!

Comtrans sucks. They pick and choose when to pick and drop off people. The way the route the routes for the drivers is totally way out there. They never take responsibility for there screw ups instead they wanna blame the other person there's been a number of times where they have sent a confirmation email to my case manager and never put me in the computer. They took me to work today and then failed to show up at 9pm in Chandler where I work to take me to Queen Creek. I have talked to a number of managers supervisors for this company and they never listen. Honestly I think alot of people that work for this company aren't with it. Although there are some drivers that are pretty sweet but unfortunately when someone screws up then it rolls down to the drivers... this company needs to really be put out of business...
Worst place to go get ur paperwork done.very very rude staff. They charge u awful lot of money plus worst customer service ever. Truckers avoid this place unless u want to get treated like u r criminal.

Inadequate equipment to deliver shipment ked my tracking today it was marked as "unloaded" but the engine is not here. They said they tried to deliver the engine and the driver did not have adequate equipment to unload my shipment. I asked when it would be delivered and they said possibly Monday, three days after it says it was already delivered. Who knows when I will actually get my engine!
