Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair sets the standard for vehicle repair shops who make a conscious choice to use transparent business practices (i.e. clear, honest, straight-forward communication) to build a lifelong relationship w/their customers. You sense this in everything they do. I have taken my vehicle to two different Community Tire locations, for oil changes and follow-up routine repairs, and was impressed with the service I received at both. Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair sets themselves apart from other repair shops in several ways. First of all, they offer competitive pricing on all maintenance services, and even offer a FREE oil change on your birthday. If, while performing a routine maintenance service, they notice other repairs are needed on your vehicle, they bring those to your attention in a professional way, using non-technical language. Let me be clear: This is a discussion, and NOT a patronizing lecture...as is the case in many automotive repair shops. They are upfront with pricing for any additional recommended repairs. Without being "pushy", they drew up a plan to complete the repairs they recommended over time, taking into account my budget as well as safety. As a woman, I appreciate that they don't resort to "scare tactics" to meet their bottom line. They just create a sensible repair schedule, which can be addressed over time. Secondly, their waiting areas rock! Seriously. They are clean, comfortable, have fresh coffee, and are beautifully decorated. There is a television to help pass the time, but as a business professional who can't afford to be offline for very long, I appreciate the free, fast wi-fi. I actually close deals while waiting in the lounge. I get so into what I'm doing that I'm not ready to leave...even when the repairs are complete. Before they sent me on my way, they gave me MORE free stuff...$100 coupons good toward towing services, and which can supplement my current towing coverage policy. Last I heard, they had a free app to further ensure the safety of their customers should any of their vehicles break down. Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair thinks of everything. Really. Everything. I can't recommend them enough! Mari C. Phoenix, AZ
Brought my 2003 Ford Focusin due to a very loud ticking sound after doing a self install of a new belt and tensioner. It was around 3-4 in the afternoon on a friday but they still got me right in to see what it is and if it was a small enough fix to get me in and out. The woman running the shop, Dawn - and even the mehanics seemed happy to fix my car and didnt turn me away due to it being end of the day on a friday. After looking at my car for about 10 minutes they identified that O'riely Autoparts had sold me the wrong size belt for my car, and it was causing the tensioner to struggle to work properly. The Dawn got on the phone to have the right size belt delivered. My car was fixed within minutes of the new part arriving. There was no attempt to upsale or insist on other repairs.Although the belt cost me about 60 through them as opposed to 20 at Oriely, I still saved ten dollars at their shop (as opposed to sears quote), and left knowing that the job was done right this time. Sears quoted me $130+ I was out the door at $119 with this shop.I will return to this shop for any future repairs.
Honesty !!!Honesty, Isn't that what we all want in an auto shop!! I called Mitch at Allstate and told him I needed a clutch replaced on my truck ( I had been advised that the sound my truck was making was from the pressure plate and that I should have the whole clutch replaced) . I called the Toyota dealer for a quote = $1500.00. I did some research and found Allstate online and was quoted a MUCH lower price. I was working out of town for a few days so I dropped my truck off. The next day I woke up to a message from Nicole at Allstate. They had verified the noise and it was coming from a heat shield on my catalytic converter. They had repaired my truck and THE CLUTCH WAS FINE. Whew !! Score !! Right ? It gets better... I picked up my truck on Friday and was waiting for my bill. Happy that it wasn't the clutch. When I asked what I owed - They said $0 That's right, what would have cost me $1500.00 was repaired for nothing thanks to the HONESTY of the folks at Allstate. If you want a place you can trust -then call the folks at Allstate Auto- I know I will!!
Allstate Transmission I rate as TOP CLASS! They are so HONEST! When other places would have charged me, they took full responsibility for their work even after warranty!!! I had my '03 Honda Pilot tranny rebuilt here. I went back right before my warranty was up because I felt like something wasn't right. They didn't find any issue at that point. Then way after warranty was up the engine light came on and we went back ready to pay for whatever needed work. COMPLETELY COVERED. Yes, you read right. They covered it. Why? because they do care! They aren't scammers AND they didn't take advantage of me because I was from out of town. I live in Prescott Valley and found their place online after searching for a while. If you read for yourself their reviews are CONSISTENT. Which said a lot to me and after my experience they still meet up to a very high standard. THANK YOU NICOLE, MITCH AND GANG!!! Sorry I didn't review sooner.. no computer at home but I'm sure glad we found you guys and will always tell others about you there.
Im so happy with the service that I have received this far. Phoenix Engine does amazing work and truly works with their customers. The owner Randy is great at what he does and he truly knows the business. I'm a local in Arizona and typically visit the shop 1-2 times a week and every time I go in I'm treated with respect and honor as any customer should be. I recently ordered a Chevy 350 355HP engine to put into my 1952 Chevy Truck that I have been working on restoring with my father and we couldn't be happier with the product. Being a local in the state of Arizona I have also had the joy and honor of touring the shop and seeing their building process and I was truly amazed with how clean and how well the shop is run. If you are looking for an engine for one of your projects Phoenix Engine is the place to go you will love the product that you will get in return plus you will love the shop and all of the workers in the shop they all do amazing work.
These guys are amazing, really. I had the famous "white smoke cloud" coming out of the back of my 550i. Both owners knew immediately what the problem was, and did a full diagnosis and breakdown of all problems they could see. I went to a few other shops around town and was quoted outrageously for things I knew my beamer didn't need, and at one very well known shop was given the scare tactic that "my car was unsafe to drive and I would need to tow it out of there". All over an issue where the car burns too much oil.. no thanks. These guys did none of that, and worked with my warranty company to make sure that everything was taken care of without dipping in to my pocket. They even detailed the car for me, and updated a few codes in the computer system. This experience was top notch. They deserve 5 stars and have made me a loyal customer. I still owe you guys tacos!!
I went with a FORD 390-410HP TORQUE MONSTER. This is my baby! Randy was very impressive with his extensive knowledge on engines. My engine runs perfect and sounds like a beast. I am trampling my competion and just keep comming in first place! These guys did such a great job they have now done 5 of my engines and three other members on my team are proud owners of a Phoenix Engine motor! If you want a high quality performance engine with high quality parts and work none of the china garbage these are the guys for you. Their prices are around the best you can find and their website is very detailed and Randy will go step by step with you to get the best application for what you have! I just want to say Thank you to them and let them know The stickers you sent me are on my engine to advertise for you! We have continually recommended them and will continue to do so.
I had been searching for shops in AZ to build an engine for my 1967 Mustang. It didn't help with a lot of the business either closed or going out of business. I was referred to Phoenix Engine from a good friend. Who stated they had 2 engines done by this shop within the last 6 years. So I called and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Randy. I let Randy know what type of car I had and what would be the best recommendation on a budget. I was sold Ford 302 - 331HP towards the end of October. In the past few months everyone has been very helpful from start to the finish of my engine, which was received a week after New Year's... I'm in the process of having it installed. Engine looks great and from what I have seen on the video that was sent to me, it sounds GREAT... Can't wait to get on the road.. Thank You to the staff at Phoenix Engine...
I find myself once again writing to thank you and your staff. Words cannot express the quality and expertise all of you possess when you work on an engine. You rebuilt the 454 engine in my 1981 Chevy 1-ton Dually - an excellent job! Two years later the truck was stolen, and due to insurance priorities it was delivered and worked on at a local Chevy dealer. When I received the truck back after 2 months, it ran terrible. I convinced my insurance agent to use Phoenix Engine for another evaluation. And after you and your staff worked on the engine it ran perfectly again.Once a year I drop off my truck for a tune up. I have complete confidence in you and your staff. You will not and have not replaced parts that do not need it. This is very uncommon today. Your shop is very honest and you truly care about your customers.
I had my truck fixed at Capitol Collisionand they referred me to Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair to look at my transmission problem (they are in the same auto complex as Capitol) I had been previously quoted by aamco that i needed to have my tranny rebuilt and was just saving money to do it so I thought I would get a second opinion. Good thing I did- It DID NOT need a new tranny. Jeff from allstate told me it only needed a new solenoid which cost me less than $200 bucks. Thank you for being so honest. Beware of aamco and if you need any tranny or repair work, this is the shop to trust!! Thanks againJust bought a boat and took my truck in again to have them install a large transmission cooler for towing. Again, customer service was excellent and their work was great and fairly priced. Great Shop!
