WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Don't bother paying for the warranty! It took me FIVE months to get my claim resolved. Due to poor communication between warranty company, Pruitts (Pam there is a joke) and the manufacturer, my couch was discontinued during the first THREE months of trying to get it resolved. It took another TWO months to settle out with compensation for it. Don't buy from Pruitts! If you do definitely DONT purchase the warranty.

Will never go back due to a disrespectful associate Ruby hopefully management retrains their staff to professionalism. Ruby lacked this by displaying unhappiness with not having a raise which shouldn't be discussing when customers are shopping and giving negativity to others trying to shop plus passing the opportunity to make sales on to another associate was poor behavior on her behalf the associate that tried was very kind and I felt bad for her due to which looked like she was injured she should be given a raise having to put up with Ruby. We left the merchandise not buying due to Ruby's rudeness and lack of wanting to help.
