I would like to make someone a...

I would like to make someone aware of the service I received today and the experience I will be telling every person possible about. I scheduled an appointment to have an interlock put on my car and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I scheduled the appointment during my lunch break and had my friend who is a nanny drive my car to get the device put on. I walked into the location and the first thing I said was my name my appointment time and asked how long this is going to take as there are 2 children with me and there are 2 people that need to get back to work. He said 30 minutes and so I handed over my keys and informed him as I had the lady I scheduled the appointment with that my car is a push start. He said ok and began working on the car. 45 minutes later I asked him about how much longer and he informed me push start cars take an hour so it would be another 15 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME THAT WAS THE FIRST QUESTION I ASKED SO I COULD PLAN ACCORDINLY! He then disappeared and my car was ready at 2:10pm. That's right it took 2 hours to install the device and I did not get a sorry at all! Had I been quoted the right time to begin with this would have never been a problem or had the gentlemen working the front stepped up the plate and not continue to lie to me about time frames throughout the entire experience I would have not been so frustrated. The man at the front would not even look at me when I left as he knew he was in the wrong and couldn’t even say I’m really sorry.
