US Post Office

The guy at this place has no idea what he is doing when it comes to post office matters. I immediately told him I had to have a tracking # and he sold me shipping w/o one, then said he couldn't refund it. I had to go to the actual post office to get help. Then he copied the customs form, and charged me for that, when he should've given me the form for free. The place looks like it's abandoned because it's filthy outside.

As a post office they have no clue as to what they are doing. I paid to have a package overnighted to florida and they screwed everything up.i put in the tracking number and it cant be found.
