Do not even waste a phone call to this business...even 1 star is being generous. It is apparent by their work that quality leather cleaning, restoration and conditioning are not part of their business plan. My experience was validated by two other reputable leather cleaning and restoration companies that were called to repair the damage that was done to my furniture by Udder Finery Leather Works. Both companies were embarassed that a company in their field of service actually provided this level of workmanship and apparent misapplication of some of the restoration products that were used. Fortunately, the damage that was inflicted by Udder Finery Leather Works was able to be repaired.
