Driver side window on my car was not working, they repaired it, there was a lots of confusion about what they quoted, basically upon job completion simply asked double their original estimate.

Thereafter I found out the lock on driver side is not working anymore, they claim they could not have mess it up. Coincidence? It will cost me the same I paid for the glass to repair the door lock......

They also quoted some other service to a friend of ours, then asked for double. Unfortunately I would not recommend them, needless to say I won't use them again....

Went in to get a side mirror cut for our RV.$508 side mirror. I was like wow They only want $25 not the $20 the other glass shop charges.:)

For a house mirror that is not really for a car.

The guy was like it's the same thing as the once from the factory. Even it shows it's deferent. Again

The guy was telling us it's safe to use.even when the driver and the other drivers next to us can be blinded by the suns reflection.

Despite better judgement we order one to fit our side mirror. Since we can't find one that size.

Came back an hour later.

They try to gave us a cut used mirror. That has scratches on it. And it even show in the front.

We show the guy and tells us GO find another shop, take it and gave us the $25 or find another mirror. What a costumer service, so we walk away. They feel like you o them to come in there shop.

And they are the only one that can do it for you. Please come in and take your cars and truck in since NO other shop can do it for you attitude... Thanks Toms auto glass for showing us you get what you pay for. Got another glass company to cut the right NEW glass with NO scratches for $5 less.
