van was late

when i originally called i only had the time my flight left, 1;05PM, so they made the pickup at 11:35 am but requested i get the flight number and call back. did that, 154 and they stated my flight didn't leave till 1:55 and that they would now pick me up at 11:55, i told them i would again check with allegiant and i did and was again told the flight left at 1:05, called blue van back and told her to change it to 11:35, which she said she did. on the pickup day they were late and came at 11:55 so i am now sure no one changed my p/u time. i was late getting to the airport, i am on oxygen and it takes forever to get thru security when on oxygen, they were paging me as i was walking to the gate and it was just a big mess. when the driver showed up never said sorry, just well we have a window, poor service, poor attitude

Take a cab

I live 15 minutes from the airport. I allowed 35 minutes to get there plus over 2 hours before my flight. The driver decided to save herelf a trip and wait for passengers scheduled for pick-up 35-45 minutes after my pick up. Obviously they weren't ready. Had my flight not been cancelled, I would have missed it, due to her lateness and checkin and security. I called to complain and reschedule for my new flights. No apology. I paid for another round trip. When I tried to use the return trip, I was told it was too late because they scheduled me for a departure and return ON THE SAME DAY. Again, no apology. I had to pay again at the airport. When I called customer service for a refund on the last return double billed trip, they were no longer able to find me on their system. They have previously had no problem, since I have used them frequently, many times with a problem. My advice is, find a friend to drive you or take a cab.

Senior Citizens Beware

Reservations with SuperShuttle were made by MC prior to arrival for 2 persons, $17 for first passenger, and $7 for second. There were 5 people in the van.

Traffic was horendous the night of March 8, 2007. The driver was brand new, and there was much time spent just getting started. With me was my mentally ill sister, who was to be back to the assisted living facility for meds.

I agreed to be last to be dropped off, because her needs were paramount.

First, she was dropped off. As agreed. the 3 other passengers preceded me: two to Sun City and one to Peoria.

With traffic nigh unto impossible, I finally arrived at the La Quinta hotel at 4727 Thomas Street at 9:30 p.m. I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $40 (plus $3 tip). The driver told me that his management told him to charge the rate from the farthest point. This is grossly unfair.

I may be a 74 year-oldsenior citizen, but I am pretty savvy.

I protested to the driver, but he was so new. I sent an appeal by e-mail to SuperShuttle Phoenix, and received no reply.
