Fair

Slice of Sicily is a quaint little restaurant that serves the lunch crowd. You wont be going there for the authenticity of the food or the decor but the prices are more than reasonable. Most lunch specials are under $6 and the food is fair. I say fair as in passable. The female staff is lovely and sweet however their knowedge of anything italian in general is minimal. Overall in closing it seems like a person that doesnt know about their culture or food but calls themself italian does their best to follow a book recipe to cook and tje finished product is passable. Ill go eat here as a last resort on occassion. Its a few steps up from a frozen mean but many steps below a traditional italian restaurant. I hope you found this review helpful.

Best italian food in the valley.

Eggplant Parm the best I've had ANYWHERE. Pizza dough is always great and toppings always fresh. House Italian Salad dressing is homemade and wonderful. Try the garlic knots at lunchtime or dinner if you're lucky there may be a few left from lunch! Chicken Romano is a nice change also from pasta/pizza fare. BYOB so you can pair it yourself.

Great value for money whether you eat in or take away. Service is very attentive and remembers you from your prior visits. I drive down from North Scottsdale for this high calibre food. Food always comes out hot and fresh and to order, not cookie cutter stuff you get at the chains. Check it out.

Nice, family style place

I love their white spinach pizza! try it with garlic, and even a splash of marinara sauce makes for a great pink pizza.
