Shasta went to the extreme to make sure that we are always informed of what was going on at every step in the process. Having a construction customer service rep to be your "single-point-of-contact" really helped in making sure that we didn't feel "lost" or left our of the process. We never had to try and figure out who to call to ask questions. The people we worked with made all the difference (especially Lindsey!). Any process that is as involved as building a pool is going to have some issues. What made us so pleased with Shasta was how Shasta handled those issues, it was done professionally and they made sure that we were informed up front and satisfied with the final result. We love our Shasta pool!
