Hello, my name is Betty Kennedy.
My husband and I own a small construction company. Our company deals mainly with single family dwellings, remodel, and repair in the Phoenix area. I am the bookkeeper for our family-owned business.
My duties include payroll, tax preparation,and the sometimes overwhelming job of organizing, storing and reproduction of our bids for prospective work, and the bids from our suppliers. In addition, all outdated files were collected for certified document destruction. I was able to watch the destruction process online from my office! What a relief to have all those stacks and piles disappear, and to know they were secure and professionally indexed for my access at any time. I can actually see my desk, and there is ample room once again in my filing cabinets!
