        Overall

        Logan Appraisal Services should not be used. Their appraisers are slow and unprofessional and in a nutshell provide only the bare minimal amount of work on their appraisals as needed by the lender. When an appeal/review is necessary, they are equally unprofessional and do not take into consideration all aspects of property including more recent comparable homes sold, options/upgrades, etc. Their valuations are not accurate either. If your lender has them as an approved appraisal resource in their Appraisal Management Company, you should be sure to request that the lender not select them as it will just create headaches for you and if you do have an appraisal with them that has issues, be prepared to be dealing with a less than professional organization.
