The apartments are nice and because everything is new but the office is unorganized due to the fact they constantly change the staff every few months. They constantly want to charge you for something and are quick to give you a 5 day notice for anything! They also take their time about fixing things, I once couldn't use my shower or kitchen sink for like 5 days (starting Friday). I called the emergency maintenance line being that the office was already closed. The maintenance man came out to fix the problem but of course couldn't because it was a bigger issue that required plumbers. So after that he said he called his manager on her personal phone but she didn't answer her phone all weekend and mind you it was a holiday that coming Monday so the office would be closed that day too. She finally contacted me on Tuesday and sent out a plumber but he would have to dig because it was that bad and of course it had to be approved by a higher manager before they could fix anything so they were finally able to fix it on Wednesday. After living there for 3 years I had to move because I couldn't afford to renew my lease again. I unexpectedly was injured and couldn't work enough to afford to stay there. I told them my problem and unfortunately couldn't renew my lease but they still insisted on charging me a full months rent because I didn't give a proper 30 day notice. I honestly think they maybe affordable but they are very unprofessional and unfair to their tenants.

I love how big they are and nice.But the office is unoragnized.Need 1 office staff that knows the company.
