So my girlfriend got delayed at PHX after midnight and had to spend the night there waiting for a 7am flight. I reserved/payed for a room online here & after she tried to check in they refused to be let her stay because she didn't have her own form of payment or $100 cash... She accidentally left her wallet when she was packing for a last minute trip.

It is totally asinine to make some one take the shuttle back to the airport & sleep there, when a room has been paid for. Now i have to waist even more time & have my credit card company reverse the charges...

Linda the desk clerk was incredibly rude to my lady, I'll be calling the manager tomorrow to complain as well... Even if it is some silly company policy, you can still be nice. Dismissive, insulting & belittling is what you get here while dealing with the adversities of travel.
