Unfortunately, we cannot satisfy all of our clients. We have thousands of clients and we try earnestly to make sure every one of them is happy with their products. To respond to the first complaint, that client did send his package back, but unfortunately he used the product and once used it cannot be returned. We always try to work with the client and we will offer refunds even if we lose money, but it is at our discretion. We offer a great service and will do most anything to make our client satisfied. Both of the clients below were rude and disrespectful to our staff. We even offered the client from 12-13-12 a free press release for her company, which she accepted and we fulfilled on. Still she was not satisfied. After using the educational program, receiving the benefits of the press release, that was sent out to hundreds of search engines and even on the first page of Google, she was still rude and downright rude to our customer support team, the sale representative and the owner. She cannot be happy and we fill in this case, she is trying to scam us. Getting our products, using them and then wanting her money back.

This company is a BIG SCAM!!!! They took $3.100.00 from me for a home based business. The first guy called and said it would only be $100.00 dollars for me to start, then he said I would be getting a call from a coach within the week. I did and then that guy charged me $3,000.00 dollars for a press release, a website (that does not have proper grammar in it), ad sense and amazon affiliate (which I found out later I can get for free.) They told me I could make $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 dollars a month. The owner also likes to intimidate, bully, cuss, and threaten when you ask for a refund. I tried several times to get a refund from him and its like pulling teeth!!!! His excuses were that he already put all this money into my site...well if he did then why does the website he made me have improper grammar? If he spent so much money on it then why can't he hire someone who knows proper grammar or english? Also if he put so much money into my website then why did he offer to pay for a LLC license for me? He and his company make no sense!!!! They are a bunch of FRAUDS who prey off of people to make a easy buck. I have made several complaints to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office, The FTC, IC3.Gov, and will continue this until he refunds my money!!! I will not be intimidated by this Clown!!! Please do not do business with these people and if your considering it, then RUN as fast as you can the other way!!!!! These people are no good and SCAMMERS!!! I mean can't you tell by these reviews? They don't deserve any stars but I guess I have to give them 1 for NOTHING!!!

HANG UP!!!! do not do business with them, After promising a full refund, I still have not received it after several months. I give them NO STARS!!!! ( I had to mark one in order to post this, I would give them a -3 star rating)

They called me about a vacation package, and told me I would receive it in about a month, after one month, I called, and was told it would take up to three monts to get the package together, so I waited again, after another month I called the owner, and then received the package at the end of the week, I looked at it, and pondered whether this was for me, and decided it was not, and sent it back , two weeks later. I sent an email as well, letting them know it was on its way. I called when it should have arrived, and they said they did not receive it, I waited again, and called again, still did not receive it, called my credit card companies to dispute the charges, called the Phoenix Post office to file a claim, and waited again for some word about the package, I believe they had received it, and was putting me off. After waiting a month more, I called and asked if they had received the package, and was told yes, and forwarded to the owner, who says he is not willing to refund all the money, as he has already lost money, applying the charges to my credit cards. Now I receive an email that says he will not pay any money back, as he has already lost $1600, with his merchant account, How could he lose money, when he still has $5000 of mine????
