Ace Air- Efficient Service Provider -
I looked for air conditioning services or insulation services for my ac. Then I got something more than I expected. I must say that Ace Air is the company you need to reach. This is a company with a clear aim to be the best in their business. They seek to provide the highest quality air conditioning, heating and insulations services to customers. Not only do they strive for professionalism, they make sure to deal with vendors and customers with honesty and integrity. That is just what they do. I genuinely got touched by their services and would say, Ace Air is probably the best.
I would like to mention some of their services, like duct cleaning, AC repairs, heating equipment etc. I was quite surprised to know the prices for their services, which are nothing but fair. That ensures you get what you pay for! There is no cheating, and they carry on their promises. The service is not only good but also remarkably fast and prompt. What sets them apart is the way their service people handle clients. They are extremely polite and have all they know how to run the tasks they are assigned to do. Rarely, I did not earlier find such professionalism and humane nature mixed together so well. Therefore, it is highly recommended that one should use the service of Ace Air whenever needed.

We just had Ace install a new unit in our home and they were prompt, efficient, respectful, and pretty much everything you'd expect and want from a company like theirs. I read a few negative reviews that I questioned, but overall the positive reviews outweighed the negatives, and the price was too good to turn down. I'm glad we made this decision, we have nothing but great things to say about Ace and our new unit has been working flawlessly.

After signing a maintenance contract in 08, I had a serviceman in my home only twice. The first one added freon that was not indicated (charged me for the freon and a service call) on a free maintenance visit....the second one showed up with alcohol on his breath. When he did not perform the same tests as the one did previously, I asked him why? He said he just didn't feel good. That was March 0f 2010. I haven't had another visit, even though another appointment was set. The man just didn't show up, and didn't call either! When I asked the service manager, Todd Ferguson, for a refund of the price of a service contract, he told me he knew nothing of my problems, even though I had called, written, emailed and just recently sent a letter on January 2, 2012. He bluntly told me that a service contract is a legally binding contract and I have to live with it. He did not ever apologize, acted as though all the incidents were MY fault, but offered me another year on my contract to ""settle this matter."" I should have had four maintenance visits already during this past four year period, and just recently had to replace a unit because it had not been serviced. These fellows are extremely nice when selling their products, but do not back them up after market. I would never do business with this company again and would certainly question Mr Ferguson's managerial capabilities.

Just had a new unit installed and it was a very smooth experience. I got what I expected and the men were respectful and courteous throughout. They showed me how to work my new thermostat and walked me through each step. You do get what you pay for--in this case expensive service comes with reliable service. The install guy even called after to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I felt very comfortable being a single girl and having them in the house. I am not expecting to call them anytime soon being my unit is brand new but I would recommend them to friends and family who need a new unit.

I have been using Ace Air for about 3 years to do yearly maintenance. I recently called them out for a heat check up and noticed when I searched for their number on the internet they have some questionable reviews so I wanted to share my opinion.
I personally have never had a problem with this company. They have been professional and helpful ever since I started with them. Only once were they running behind schedule and late to my house, but no big deal. They usually come out to my house and declare that everything is working fine and go on their way. I will continue to recommend Ace to friends and family.

My airconditioner, malfunctioned during Labor day weekend and Ace Air came out to fix it. They gave me a $900.00 estimate and told me that the parts malfunctioned due to faulty installation.
I had Ace Air fix my unit however I asked them to please give me an itemized bill so I could go back to the company that I purchased the home from and also I still had a warranty on parts and would need the itemized bill for reimbursement on the parts also.
It is NOVEMBER 17th 2011 ACE AIR HAS STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ITEMIZED BILL
basically making it impossible to recoup any of the funds I spent even though the house mfg and the company that warranty's the parts are willing to reimburse me.
This leads me to believe ACE AIR/COOL AIR was less then honest with me about the repairs and I would not recommend them.

Honestly, I cannot live without air condition. It is really important for me to have it. Last month, my air condition needs some repair and I do not know where to ask for help so I asked a friend. She recommended Ace Air to me. Well, I need to admit they are easy to deal with and really provide a quality service. The money I paid for is worth it!

My tech was named Bryan, and he did a great job! Quick, convenient, and complete service. I thought the price was little high until I saw all the work he did and all the information he gave me. So worth it! Thanks Ace Air, now I know who to turn to for great service and trustworthy repairs! I also tlod my neighbor and he was happy with their services.

My air conditioning stopped working. It was actually blowing warm air out of the vents through out my entire house. I did a search on the internet and found ACE AIR and gave them a call. I had to get this working quickly due to my wife's elderly mother lives with us and it was almost a 110 degrees outside. They said it could be an hour or two. With my home heating up so quickly, I really needed the ac looked at and I grabbed the appointment. I was surprised when they called me about 30 minutes later and told me a technician was on their way to my home. The technician arrived, introduced himself as Harold in a very polite way. He started his check of my ac and found my coil inside was leaking freon in several places and needed to be replaced. I was worried at this point for an expensive repair but I was delightfully surprised when he told me that my ac was under warranty and I was only to be charged labor, A big sigh of relief. Then he gave me the quote for the repair and I found it reasonable. I explained my situation Harold and he made a call to their General Manager and gave me a further discount to help us out during this crisis. This was a very good thing Ace Air was doing for their maintence contract people.. I asked Harold, How soon could this be fixed and he began the repair immediately, he called his office and a short time later a coil was delivered to my door. He did the repairs in about 1.5 to 2 hours. He even gave me a 1 year maintenance agreement with my repair and a 1 year labor warranty on this repair. I paid the final bill and thanked Alex for his expertise and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. I began telling all of my friends and family about Ace Air. Come to find out a friend had used their services and was just as pleased as I was, small world. A couple of weeks have gone by and the AC has never worked better in our home. With the high quality of service that I received, reasonable prices and their professionalism, I have to rate Ace Air with 5 stars, they have definitely earned it. From my family, Thank you!

Do Not Walk, Run Away from Ace Air, Cool Ace, as fast as you can !! They also go under several other sudo names here in the Valley. I used them and they were a scam. The tech was cocky and tried to sell me everything he could. The techs obviously work on commissions and they make most of their cash $$$ in the three hottest months of summer here in the valley. The stories I could tell are so incredible but I will spare you. The one trick they do is release the freon into the atmosphere and then say you are low on freon. They then charge you a fortune for a charge. The list goes on and on. Then when you talk to the managers in the office they act like clueless Brooklyn, NY transplants. The owner who is Korean uses them as a front so he never has to talk to the customer. All you get is a bla bla bla run around from a Brooklyn dude. Reminds me of that credit card commercial on T.V. when you want to use your points.
The worst is what they are doing to the atmosphere releasing all the freon and they say they are BBB ++
I wonder about that also? Run as fast as you can to a reputable company !!!

2.5 years ago a tech came out to look at my 2 year old Trane unit. They replaced the motor and sold me on a Preventive Maintenance program so they come out once per year to check the unit & do a tune up until 2015. 5/14/11 they came out because the unit stopped working. The tech said the motor was toast & fan blades damaged. He said (not knowing that their company had just been out months before) that whoever worked on the unit last was responsible for what happened because they moved the wires for the motor over so that the fan blades were hitting them. This caused serious damage & burn to the fan blades & it's what caused the motor to go out. The last person to touch that unit was the tech from Ace Air that came out to do the preventative maintenance a few months ago! Then they try charging me $968 for the new motor & fan blades. 1st of all my motor was under warranty since they just replaced it 2.5 years ago & 2nd of all they're telling me that their tech that came out a few months ago is the reason anything happened to the unit. It took an hour & a half of the tech going back & forth with the office just to try & resolve it. They tried to ignore everything that my Preventive Maintenance contract promises (lifetime warranty on parts replaced, 20% off of new parts, & labor rates) which is what took so long. I ended up paying an agreed price for fan blades & labor. When they called to schedule the time to replace the fan blades we discussed what the tech said. After calling the tech they came back & told me they would not charge me for the fan blades (which I had already paid for on 5/14). After never receiving a credit I called & they told me that they didn

It is with great pleasure that I am writing Ace Air this afternoon. I have been without AC for almost two days. uncomfortable and concerned, my phone call to Ace Air on Monday June 20, a representative scheduled an appoinment for a service for my A/C. The technician arrived within an hour and provided me professional and accurate assessment of the A/C situation. John greeted me with the utmost respect and professional courteousness. He was extremely knowledgeable with the accuracy to alleviate the discomfort. He took pride in his work while equally providing me with an outstanding customer experience. I would recommend Ace Air to anyone!!! Thank you for providing such an outstanding customer experience and know that your effort to find and retain human assets such as John is exceedingly well received by your customer base.

We have had 5 appointments with Ace set up, and out of those 5 they only showed up to 1. It was the 1st appointment and they had come over for a diagnostic review that they had on special. Well, my husband was the one at home with them and the guy ended up charging us double the amount that was initially quoted to me. Now, when I called they did apologize and sent a check back to me for the overcharge, which is why we decided to call them again when we had this new problem. Big mistake. They had asked that we call them if they weren't there during their scheduled time, and when we did they acted as if they had no idea what we were talking about. They apologized and asked to reschedule, but come on.....4 times and you can't do it right?!?!?! We are taking our business elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle to get them out to look at your unit.

My grandmother who has Alzheimer's called Ace for the ad of 19.95 tune up, the air has been working fine. They came out didnt perform the tune up but began to tell her that she needed all kinds of new parts. This really gets to me because this is a new unit that was just installed. My brother who owns his own AC company had arrived into town and noticed that her AC had been disconnected, so she wouldnt be able to use if she needed to. We then called Ace and complained and said that they left things taken apart. The manager called back and said that the tech didnt touch anything that he was the best tech, that she needed alot of things done. First of all if you didnt touch anything how do you determine what needs to be fixed. I am very upset that they did this and the manager basically said that my brother that has been in the AC business for 16 years was lying. I am floored that they would even take advantage of the elderly. My grandmother obviously should have called me if she had questions but granted she isnt in her best state of mind. I cant even believe that a person yet a company would allow this kind of behavior. How do you sleep at night!

Although they made my heatpump work, I feel I was overcharged for the condensor fan motor, which was actually not installed correctly with improper wiring and wrong run capacitor, causing the heatpump to frequently cycle out of heating to cooling during cold weather. How would I know? By hiring someone who was qualified! On top of lousy workmanship, they first tried to sell me a new unit, then after the expensive but lousy job, they trid to sell a warranty plan which shouldn't be necessary if they knew how to do the work! Don't waste your money with this outfit. Check out the NR rating at BBB and all the complaints they have.
