My experience at this location was awesome. Walked in and was greeted by my name. Rick showed us what we qualified for and explained the mileage and price on the vehicles. He was fast processing our paperwork and was a funny and nice salesman. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from here and would diffidently come back. Thank you we will diffidently enjoy the vehicle.
i could not get approved for a auto loan because of bad credit and repo on my record. i came here after i saw there commercial. you can get a car with a down payment but your going to need alot for a "premium" car. i found one that fit my budget even though its not what i wanted at least i am driving again
i got a car here and it was the worst mistake of my life and ill regret it till i get this car payed off. when i drove off the lot i was happy cause it was my first car well on my way to show everyone the car it over heats and i find myself on the side of the road!!!! how could this happen? well ill tell you how they left the cap off my radiator!!!! then i ask if i can return the car and they said yes but not my down pymnt so what was i to do but keep the car? so about 3 days go by and 3 of my windows stopped working so i asked them to fix it. they replied that its not covered but they will do it "just to be nice" so they fix the windows but break smaller parts in my car and then have to order them to be replaced and didnt do so till i noticed them broke myself. after all that i start readin the fine print as i said this was my first car i put 2500 down and my pymts are 250 every 2 weeks the car was prices at 12,000 and they are charging me 27% interest!!!!!! to top it off if your 2 days late they blow your phone up and then are rude with you they have threatened to come get my car!!! for being a week late!

I looked at a 2003 cadie white very nice car took it for a test drive when i came back I told the salesman at the glendale office that it was smoking off the motor and I was told it was oil spilled on the motor with in 24 hrs after to got te car ther was oil dripping on the ground I called and they said it would be 75.00 plus 25.00 per hr labor to fix even though it was told to the salesman and they never checked it out also the back window went up and down once and now doer not work the hanger for cloths came out.when I went to the main office on camelback I was treated like oh well that just how it is.no one wants to help. I did talk to one guy who's name is tom internet sales said he would talk to his mgr and like all the rest never got back to me also went back to glendale office and carlos said there was nothing he could do. so all i can say is that they never chech there cars out they just clean them up and wait for a sucker.or they have bad machanic poor,poor,poor,poor customer service
