I bought a brand new 2013 dodge dart here...it broke down THE NEXT DAY...they gave me a rental and stop returning my calls...they then told me that the car needed a new engine and I would have to get another car....when I went back in to get another car they wanted another $2300 down to get another dart....REALLY?...TERRIBLE
This place is the worst at underhanded back stabbing to sell a car. I was set this morning to go there and sign and drive as the sales person said. I get down there they backed out on the deal agreed apon. and I wasted my time now for todays. I would rather skip with a shopping cart than but a car from these lieing two faced people. I was in shock that they pulled this after being in the vally this long. They have no honor, no heart and no respect for thier customers. The back stabbers name was Buck Gasparian. Don't trust these people. After i got screwed out of my car they act it was all funny.
I am 52 years old and purchased my first car at 16. I must say I have had some really bad buying experiences with salesmen and finance guys over the years. However, at Bill Luke my entire time with Rick and Eddie was amazing! Without a doubt the best time I have ever had making a large purchase. Bill Luke is lucky to have these two men working for them. I love my new Ram 3500 and so do a couple hundred people I work with. I've been recommending them to talk to Rick. My wife even have a good time. This is amazing I have never seen her laugh buying anything even closed to 40k. Thank you~ A new long Customer.
Our expierence was great. This is our 5th Dodge and this had been the best experience yet. They were very helpful in making us feel welcomed and most importantly, not pressured. They were upfront with us during signing papers with finance and did not make us feel like they were trying to get more money out of us.
Bill Luke continues to surprise me from the sales team, finance team to the service drive. I wouldn't trust to go anywhere else. They have always been up front and honest. I recommend to go there because I am a Air Force spouse stationed at Luke Air Force Base. They were great help with me buying a vehicle even with the complications of my spouse deployed overs seas. I came into Bill Luke as a co signer for my boyfriend who was purchasing a used vehicle. Our salesperson was Michael Murphy. Michael had made the buying process really wonderful! My boyfriend and I had gone to two other dealerships in the same day and the other two salespeople we delt with at the other dealerships were awful. Michael was a friendly face with a caring voice. My boyfriend purchased a vehicle and Michael worked closely with us to ensure the car payment was exactly what we needed/wanted. I loved the inside of the dealership as well. The all around glass offices make the building seem more open and friendly. Even the restrooms were nice!
I choose to have Bill Luke detail my new Fiat Sport 500 which I purchased at their Fiat Tempe location. I am always pleased with the Detail Department's work and impressed that they listen if I request an area that needs more attention! Thank you for always making my ride looking like brand new!
I purchased a new Dodge ram 2500 Cummins Diesel truck from Bill Luke Dodge and the engine light continuously comes on. I had to the shop 4 times in 4 months and it still comes on. I was told at the dealership it is OK to drive it with the light on, which I do not want to do, since I purchased it to haul horses. Is anyone else having this issue?

I was told by Bill Luke Service Dept that it is OK to drive with the light on. I do not want to do, since I purchased to haul horses. I will not purchase another truck at Bill Luke.

Earl is very personable and understands what I am talking pertaining the care of my jeep. He also takes the time to explain to me what is being done to my jeep and always answers my questions to my satisfaction. He is a great person to do business with!!!
I have continued to receive great service and attention to my vehicle from my service advisor Greg. I will continue to take my truck to him for service. I appreciate his hard work and continued attention to detail over the two years or so that I have owned my dodge truck!

Was treated with the utmost respect during the buying process. Was given many different options to choose from with regards to financeing and was given excellent prices for other options that i chose to have in my financeing. I have had in for service and each time truck was done as promised. When i took it back because of a recurring problem they litterally went out of their way to get it fixed right. I will buy from them again in the future.

The dealership worked with me to get the car that I wanted. They did response back to me on my emails. David worked with me to get the deal within what I wanted. The finance department was great also. I would recommend the dealership to anyone. They were very willing to help me from the time I got there until I took the car home.

The buying experience was far less stressful than any other car purchase I have ever made. ( I've made lots!) So pleasant I went back two weeks later and purchased another for the wife. We bought Jeep Patriots. The dealership is very organized, and the service area is so clean you can eat off of the floor. I had brought a car there for bodywork after an accident 3 years ago, and recalled being impressed!
