Bicycles of Phoenix

My experience at Bicycles of Phoenix reminded me why it is great to shop at local stores where the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. I had many questions and wasn't sure about what would be the best bike for me. Andy was quick to offer help, but I did not feel any pressure at all while we looked around and he explained the differences and the advantages of each of the models of Mountain Bikes that I was considering. After I got home and thought about the experience a little more, I decided to go back the next day and buy one for my wife as well -- Even though I already had one on order from a big box store that will have to be returned. You won't be disappointed by the service, prices and overall experience at this shop. Thanks to Andy and the entire team at Bicycles of Phoenix for a great experience!

Everyone in this shop is personable and love what they do. They are passionate about bike riding and it shows. They will work with you to find out exactly what you want and fit the bike within your price range. Andy, Adrian, Mike and all the guys are top notch people who provide the best service in town. They'll make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the shop. You can shop around; on second thought, don't bother; just go to Bicycles of Phoenix; talk to any one of the guys and they will hook you up. Customer service is their number one goal and it shows. I bought a 29er after months of research and these guys hooked me up. Thanks guys; I won't go anywhere else for my bike service and support.

Purchased a bike after extensive research from the guys at Bicycles of Phoenix. My experience couldn't of been more pleasant, the entire crew took their time to listen to my needs and riding style and made the perfect suggestions. After a 100 miles on the new bike they were spot on with their assessment. These guys really do care about customer service and back it up to prove it. Bicycles of Phoenix is truly a class act bike shop. Everytime I have been in the shop they have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they provide a no pressure atmosphere. I have had times that I have brought my bike in for routine service thinking I would drop it off and pick it up a few days later only to have them put it up on the rack and fix it right then and their. Andy, Dennis and the whole crew at Bicycles of Phoenix have it figured out....They really do 'specialize in customer service'.

Went in to check out new location & have a look around at selection, ended up leaving with a cruiser for my husband and ordered a bike they don't normally carry in store (a commuter-type bike). The owner, Andy, was so accommodating, knowledgeable & nice, there was no way we'd consider purchasing a bike elsewhere. Sent some friends in, who also left with a new bike & my husband plans on buying a road bike here in the near future. The service is awesome & if they don't have what you want, they go out of there way to find it for you. I highly recommend your next bike purchase be at Bicycles of Phoenix.
