Everyone at the service department is always so excellent to me, I always bring all of my oil changes and warranty fixes to the Honda Dealership. Josh, Joshua, George, and everyone else are always very helpful. This was my first time working with Joshua, and he was wonderufl to work with. I like people that are real and on point. He was both. This particular visit was the most excellent in 4 years of coming to Bell Honda. I was given a rental car which made the process much smoother and easier for me instead of bringing the car in twice. I love love love my warranty, and will always purchase a warranty when I buy a vehicle because it makes me feel like a VIP when I check out and everything is free! Car was washed up nice, looked brand new! Now if you guys could just throw in a quick vacumme job that would be SUPERIOR service! Also had a mirror painted and it looks so incredibly good, I have to thow a kudos out to the body shop as well. It looks excellent and matches the vehicle perfect. I cant quite get the electric mirror to work properly though, so I either need to play with it some more or bring it back in for adjustment to the cables.
George Haslerig always treats me so well. When my repair estimate came in far greater than what I expected, he broke the news to me gently and spent considerable time explaining what was going wrong to cause the error code that showed. He also took time in helping me understand what was needed to complete the repairs. He arranged for the shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the work was done. I really appreciate his professionalism and his kind demeanor. He is a great representative of Bell Honda.
I drive an extra 25 miles each way, just to go to Bell Honda as I have been so happy with the service reps. I'm an older woman and don't ever feel they are taking advantage of me because of my age. I can't say that about some of the service centers I have gone to! I really appreciate it that they also wash my truck every time, it is over 5 years old and still looks great. I do take it on dirt roads in the White Mountains, so it really does get the use of a 4x4 truck.My agent was super..Jeff.. Love My Truck!!!...........Ann Howard
Travis and Debbie are exceptional professionals at your Bell Honda service location. Travis advised us as to what needed to be done in reference to our flat tire and the approximate time wait. Debbie kept us apprised of our car's status throughout the time we were waiting in the customer service area. We are very happy with the service and we will continue to bring our Civic to Bell Honda for service when required. Thank you!!

DO NOT GO TO BELL HONDA. We did not buy here, but went because the COSTCO Auto Program refered us to them as we wanted to buy a 2012 Honda odyssey. Lets start with the call from STEPHANIE the Fleet Manager. In her call she promised that if we came and test drove the car today she would give us a $50 Visa gift card. We called and arranged a time for our test drive that night.
When we arrived we were told that Stephanie was busy but that Isaac would take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and inquired at least 4 times as to what was the Costco Program pricing. Each time the question was either ignored or past over with let's just agree on a price with the guys in the back. After far too many hours of this back and forth asked Isaac for our $50 gift card and we would be on our way. Isaac said that we would have to take that up with Stephanie and that he knew nothing about it.
The next morning, I sent Isaac an email with Stephanie's voice message (see Below) and ask that he forward it to Stephanie with our request for them to mail us the gift card we were promised. I also called the dealership the next afternoon and asked for Stephanie. The man who answered the phone said that she was not available but that he would take a message. I requested to go to her voicemail but he said she did not have voice mail and he would give her the message. We never heard from Stephanie until today June 1st.
In her message she said she was following up on our car buying. I called her to see the status of their sending us the $50 Visa gift card. Now she indicates that they were while supply lasted! I told her that we were there and test drove the car the night she offered it and we expect to receive it. She said ""what is more important to you a good price on a car or the $50 gift card? I told her that this is a matter of integrity and if they did not live up to the $50 gift card then they were not someone that I wanted to do business with.
After seeing these reviews I should have realized NOT TO GO THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. This is like a 1950 car deal place with back and forth and try to beat you down. Come on guys get with the internet we know car pricing. They also did the $3000 of add ons options you do not want in the upcharge of the car. By the way Stephanie told us that ""Isac was ""New"" and no longer worked there. Good for you Issac a pretty good NFL football player from Michigan. You don't want to work for people like this. My experience with Bell Honda was hands-down, the worst I have ever encountered. I went in on Friday after doing some research on a used vehicle that was posted on the internet by Bell Honda. Earlier in the day, I had been emailing an employee and asked very specific questions about the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by two other employees (one a manager and the other sales) and was told that despite my appointment, the employee I was to meet with was sick in the back and I'd be taken care of by the other guy. Instantly, I was nervous. I expressed my concerns with being upsold, taken advantage of or lied to, as I had read these experiences all over the internet by other potential buyers. I was assured that this would not be my case. We went to the back lot, where the vehicle was parked. It was dirty and had no license plate, so I could only try it out in the parking lot. Nevertheless, I loved the car and was ready to buy it right then. I was told that it would be a couple of days for the car to go through and pass inspection and would I mind that? Not at all, I said. I was also told that they would put an order in for the inspection to happen sooner, rather than later. Saturday, in fact. The end of Saturday nears and I call the dealership to find out the status of the inspection. The gentleman I was transferred to didn't even ask me the make or model of the vehicle I was calling about and instead, tried to sell me other cars that I hadn't even seen! Over the telephone. He sounded rather bored as he took my number and told me he'd call me back in a few moments when he found the status. That call never call. I had the exact same experience the following day. This morning, I call the now three people that have helped me with this car, only to find out that all three of them are off today. I get connected with a manager who says he'll check on the status and takes my number. No return phone call. I call again in the early afternoon and was told that the vehicle is now in the shop and someone would call me when it passed inspection and that it would be about an hour. Well, that hour came and went. So, I called again. Somehow, I got connected with a woman in the sales department who finally tells me that that particular vehicle had been SOLD the week prior! BEFORE I even drove it!! Really? I ask then to be connected to a manager who is talking to someone else the whole beginning part of my story and then rudely puts me on hold for a few moments. When he comes back, he gives me some story about the owner of the car not being able to get financing and he was given the car back...why then, did the woman say it was sold, I ask? I'm not sure, he says. I am instantly angry and floored by the lack of customer service, communication or empathy from these people. Not only was there no follow up, there were just flat out lies. All things I was assured would not happen to me. I am truly disgusted and will never, ever give business to this dealership.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Bell Honda! Patrick Bria listened to what I wanted, he did not keep me waiting, and he got me the deal I was looking for. The entire staff that I dealt with was amazingâ?¦(David Fendon, Sam Riley, Michael Loyola) were wonderful to deal with. I was not planning to buy a vehicle that day, but Pat was so accommodating to my schedule and financial boundaries, that I could not pass up the opportunity. Bell Honda sold me my 2012 Honda Pilot because of Pat Bria and he deserves full credit! This dealer is run by people that have no morals and are out to cheat the customer from the minute they walk in the door. We went because a so-called friend worked there and would help us out. Well he had us sign paperwork to hold a car that had not even gone through inspection and we were told if we did not like it he would rip up the paperwork. Well we do not want it and they are threating us with the deal. The deal was never consumated we never drove it off the lot. We have had to retain an attorney and contact OIG and BBB. Also the owner Larry Vantile. Stay away from Lee Hall and the General Manager won't call you back. They are threating to tow the car over here. What will they stop at??? Nothing! Stay away from them.

We bought a new 2010 Honda Fit from Bell Honda recently. The whole process from selecting the car to the paperwork was exceptionally pleasant experience for us.This is our first Honda purchase and Jeff our sales consultant listened and answered all our questions patiently. The price negotiation also went well and he worked with us to get the best deal to suit our budget. All in all, it was one of the best car buying experiences we had and I would recommend Bell Honda.
