Aspen Dental

I went to aspen dental needing quite a bit of work and the dentists have been very very nice and helpful with all my issues. But the front office staff is a joke. The main receptionist is rude and doesn't like to do extra work at all. Also the office manager has been flat out rude too. I have left 3 messages for her to call me back regarding my bill and she has not, in 3 months, found the time to call me. I really love the endodontist they use...he is amazing. But I'm sad to say after the first of the year I will be switching dentists due to the issues with front office staff. My husband had the same issue with the front office and that is why I decided to write a review. Im usually very positive but this just had to be said.

I would like to commend Aspen Dental for GREAT customer service. I contacted Aspen first because my mother was having trouble with her dentures she got in Mexico and second to get a consultation for upper implants since I was skeptical about having additional work in Mexico. From the First contact over the phone to the seeing the Dentist himself everyone was very pleasant and most helpful. The dentist was able to do some minor adjustments to her lower dentures where they now fit perfect and gave us a consultation for the uppers which looks like she is not a candidate. They did this all at NO CHARGE ...
