With over 30 years in the Construction industry, 15 years as a licensed contractor, (inactive status) and 10 years as a licensed home inspector. I am more than qualified to offer the quality of service discerning Homeowners, Home Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Banks and Investors have come to expect. Other Certifications and Qualifications State of Arizona Board of Technical registration member.Graduate and Certified by (I.T.A.) of Inspection Training Associates.Inspection report and conduct meets or exceeds both Arizona and National ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards.Experienced Independent Professional Buyer/Seller Representation.Experienced in preparing home inspection reports and letters for complaints to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.Fully Licensed and Insured. My experience and qualifications bring value and peace of mind to every client I serve. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. I was raised in Phoenix, therefore I have vast knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan area building practices. I started working out of high school as a carpenter for a general contractor and preformed extensive framing and remolding work, moving on to get my Framing License and then on to my General Contractors License. After this I finally arrived at my true passion - Property Inspections. Like most people, in my dealings with service providers, I have always felt most comfortable working with an owner-operator. When you hire Amerivision Property Inspections, you will book your inspection with either my wife or I. When you arrive for your property inspection walk-through, you will meet with me - the person who has prepared your report. I look forward to meeting you!
