Bought a 2013 MKS at the dealership. Sale went well except the service department did not have time to fix the rims. When I signed the contract and paid $10,000.00 down, I noticed the rims were not dealt with. I was told they would fix them later. I would have to return on a Tuesday as that's when they have the "rim guy" in. Set an appointment and was told to drop off the car and a loaner would be waiting. Showed up and was told no loner because the insurance I provided to buy the car was not sufficient to take out the loaner, but I could reschedule. Yea right. Looking for a new service department and buying new rims. They have absolutely no regard for my time they wasted and want me to return.

I dropped my car off in the morning for a oil change on Saturday. I was told that it would be up to 3 hours before they could start the car, and that they would call me when it was done. I didn't receive a call for some time, I called to see if my car was done I was told the service department was closed and that no one could help me. They advised me that I could pick up the car Monday morning at 7 am. I had not planned on leaving my car for the full weekend. Mike told me that I was Out of luck and to come back Monday. He was very rude and basically stated he didn't even want to deal with my situation. Mitch the GM also told me the same thing. For being a huge dealership and a customer who had already paid in advance for 4 oil changes, they treated me as if I had no rights to my car and they could do whatever they pleased even if it was wrong. They all lied, I even called the cops and they lied to the cops. The Cops even said it was wrong but they couldn't do anything.
I purchased a car from these fools in early July. My salesman, Lou Gordon, was a complete ASS. He showed no integrity, honesty or professionalism. An employee of the dealership damaged my car and I was told by Lou, "just get it fixed and we'll pay for it". Well, after he saw the estimate, the dealership changed its mind. I have received emails from the dealership, recorded phone calls from the salesman, all saying that they will fix the damage. As of Aug.15, no money and no contact with them. If you are thinking of doing busy with these clowns, think again. Most of these reviews say basically the same thing. The dealership, took my money, filled out the paperwork and that makes them wonderful. In my opinion, find a dealership where the customer had a problem and it was resolved quickly. That's customer service. Schumacher European is motivated by MONEY, nothing more.
This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have purchased a car at Carland.Again they went above and beyond to get me a car at a payment that was affordable.The thing that set them apart is when you drive off in a car you are really approved and own the car.My family has bought many cars at other dealership and it always the same story.Take the car home and they call you in a few weeks and want more down ,higher payment ,switch cars or just take the car back and keep your down payment.Carland doesn't play that game.When you drive home you have nothing to worry about you really just bought a car and you don't have to be stressed out about the dealership playing games in a few weeks

Around two months ago, I was looking for a fully-loaded used Audi A5. I was working with a very tight budget so that I was sure not to overspend on my new daily driver. The guys at Porsche North Scottsdale had just what I was looking for - a clean example that came with the user manual and both keys. More importantly, their pricing on the vehicle was absolutely astonishing. The same day I saw this particular A5 was the same day I walked out with a new (to me) car. I did request something in terms of payment in which they didn't approve of initially, but they were able to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Each and every one of the staff members was friendly, thus making the experience ever-so memorable. More importantly, I would like to extend my gratitude to Brad Levine for hooking me up with arguably the best "bang for the buck" deal in the Valley and Singh Virk for helping me find what I was looking for. I will be conducting business with this location in the future when it comes time to upgrade my vehicle.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We purchased a vehicle from Blueline which was severally damaged. They did not disclose this damage to us before we bought the vehicle. After we discovered the damage (1 day after purchase), they refused to speak to us and would hang up on us when we called. According to AutoCheck, Blueline was aware that the vehicle we purchased had structural damage when they bought it at Auction and the vehicle also at one point did not have a clean title. They did not disclose any of these facts to us when we purchased the vehicle.
Made my appointment with their service department for 730 am they said it would only take a couple minutes for my ECM flash. After I signed the paper when They took my car then said it would be 3-4 hours because they are busy. They should tell people so they can just drop their car off. Horrible customer service. Schedule people accordingly.
As always, it has been a pleasure. doing business here. I will be coming back.
