found this business listed on Craig's List. I called spoke to Jason the owner I explained that my AC was recently charged and was and now the ac unit is not turning on. I checked the unit it was not turning on. I also stated that BEFORE THIS it was blowing warm air. I would like the entire system checked. A technician cam out on changed bad capacitor. Then proceeded to check just the ac unit nothing else...... I called and spoke to the tech I asked him to check entire system. and I insisted on this He said the system checked out fine..... He said the vents were pushing 70 degrees. So I took them for there word. When the temp started to go up outside after 2 months, my home was not cooling upstairs, my SRP bill doubled.( I verified that is was after their visit) I recalled them they said that it was not related and I would be charged a service call. I said yes it is, I told you before unit stopped working it was blowing warm air. No we do not warranty service that we do not preform. You checked the entire system??? That is not covered??? He said there will be a charge. We called another AC company they came out, found the AC unit downstairs was good, so the capacitor they changed was fine, he said wow very intresting I will need to check the rest of the system. He then checked the vents upstairs found, temp output only 10 degrees lower than room temp. He said something is wrong. He checked the handlers, I asked is this part of the entire system he said yes. He found a DEFROST STRIP WAS SHORTED. This strip was on before Sun Devil came out and after. My SRP bill was $1700 in three months. Know since the other company fixed the other issue usage is down by over 50KW WOW. If the Tech from SUNDEVIL did what I asked by checking the entire system "handlers" I would not have had to pay someone else to find it and an enormous electric bill....... . I complained to the BBB, the company's answer was."We offer a full refund of the monies charged ($157.20) in good faith that we don't want to continue this charade with this customer. This does not mean we are admitting fault, but however, have chosen to handle this situation legally and don't wish to impact our rating with the BBB through any unresolved differences."I just wanted them to admit to the mistake, and not make sure to do what customers ask them to do. I do not know why their tech did not check the entire system????
After we bought our home in Arcadia we found we had some plumbing issues. We then found that we had plumber issues (No Shows, Hidden Charges, Aggressive Up-Selling) to name a few. In the period of four years we went though four BAD plumbing companies. We found Serenity Plumbing a year and a half ago and will never have to call another company. They have been a saving grace not only do they NOT do as i listed above, but go far above and beyond all expectations. I wanted to write this review to not only help my Plumber, but help out anyone who needs plumbing help. You can trust Serenity Plumbing completely. Honest, Clean, and Friendly service is only a fraction of what youll find with this company. We just recently added a guest house and Serenity Plumbing not only did a fantastic no worry job, but referred the entire projects sub contractors and the team was very pleasant to work with. When the project was complete we payed 850.00 less then the estimated cost. When does that happen? It happened one other time when we had Serenity Plumbing replace a section of pipe in our yard that was broken. I cant say enough good things about these people. Hope this can help someone out there looking for a Great Plumber.
Wow! I'd give Halo Plumbing 10 stars if I could! Matt gave me an estimate on Tuesday and he and his guys were out Thursday morning to get the job done! They had to create a new line from my laundry room to the sewer. They did a great job sawing the cement and filling it back in. The yard had to be dug up to get to the sewer but they put it back neatly. When Matt noticed the valves on the hot water heater in my laundry room, he replaced them for me. My house is old with cast iron pipes, so I have had many plumbers and rooter services out here through the years. In fact, I had a few companies come out to give me estimates for this job and Halo beat them all by a long shot. Halo Plumbing is by far the most professional and most reasonably priced plumbing company I have found. I will stick with them for any further plumbing issues. It is a relief to know that there are still some honest, hardworking people left in the world!

My husband and I have hired Other Brothers Construction to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard. There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for us and our 19 year old house. We appreciate how quickly we have received service after calling for "help." The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended Other Brothers Construction to friends, family and co-workers. They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!
We did a TOTAL home remodel, which required plumbing in kitchen and both bathrooms. We depended on Spencer and he really came through for us. When our tile guy wasn't ready at certain steps of the renovation, Spencer was very accommodating and changed his schedule in order to get the job done. We appreciate his being flexible and always on time. He kept in constant communication with us and was a wealth of information as we went through each step in this very huge undertaking.
Mullooly Construction, LLC was hired to do a complete remodeling of my kitchen and laundry. Tim, Angel and Mike did an excellent, professional job from start to finish. They showed up on time daily, completed work in a timely, meticulous fashion and kept the job site tidy. They handled permitting, ordering and more, and consulted me on many details of the project, so I was always "in the loop," meaning there were no surprises. I would highly recommend the firm's services.

I live in Echo Park/phoenix AZ and stumbled on Freddy randomly. He showed up almost immediately, late on a weeknight and charged me about a third of what I had conservatively expected to pay. He did a beautiful job very cheaply. I recommend him strongly. This is just the sort of business I want to see grow - smart, friendly, responsive, cost-effective and very skilled. Call this guy!
Freddy is the best plumber I have dealt with. Fast, friendly service and knew what he was doing. He gave advice on some other projects I am working on too! The bathrooms and kitchen are now back to normal thanks to Freddy. He even cleaned up the pipes he didn't put in. I will NOT hesitate to call him again, what a wonderful experience(if you can say that about a plumbing problem!)

If you are considering hiring a contractor without a personal recommendation, ask the contractor for references from past clients, and do as much background research on them as possible. Look for any complaints (or compliments) online to get a better idea of their track record. There are a number of websites specializing in connecting contractors with people or businesses who need work done. These sites may also allow past clients to submit their own reviews of the contractor.
Before hiring a contractor, make sure you are both in agreement on the project's budget. It's normal for most contractors to charge clients a premium not only for the labor expenses and zoning expertise, but for acquiring the materials as well. Be as clear and concise as possible regarding what you'll be purchasing yourself and what you will be paying the contractor to complete.
