We had an absolute awesome experience with the gals (Sherrie and Jennifer) who are right there when you walk in! So helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about fabric and upholstery. We brought in a chair and they measured and spent time helping us decide what would work best. They were so good with fabric, that we're pretty sure we'll head back there when we want new carpet. We live on the west side, so it's a drive for us - but we'll definitely head back there again for their great service and reasonable prices!

Ron responded quickly to our request for quote, he was friendly and engaging. He set up the installation service quickly and his crew showed up on time every day, worked full days, cleaned up after themselves, and the work was done professionally and perfectly the first time, on schedule. We've used Ron and his team several times now and would recommend him and them any floor installation work needs you have
I had been looking for three rugs in different sizes. I thought it was too much to ask for reasonable prices and great quality all at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised when I found all the pieces under the same roof and within my budget. The owner who helped me find my pieces is very knowledgeable, and spends quite some time every year traveling to trade shows on different continents to replenish her collection. By the way, I not only ended up buying four rugs, but also bought a couple of gorgeous lamps that remind me of the lamps in the Cairo Bazaar. If you are looking to pretty up your place, you must pay this gallery a visit!!!!!!!
This is the ultimate rug gallery in quality and service. I purchased 5 rugs and all the visitors love them
My most favorite place to shop for carpet is prestige rug.The people working there are very professional and courteous. Their product knowledge is impressive and they patiently helped me find the perfect rugs for my home.It was a great experience and I simply love my new, beautiful rugs. I purchased four rugs and I'll be back for more.
Our business installed a floor with Floors Unlimited last summer. We were unsure what to install and they suggested a commercial laminate. We discussed at length that there is water involved in our day to day use (we're a preschool) and the salesman assured us that this was the best product. $18,000 and 30 days later, we had water damage all over the floor. The president ignored me for 4 months. I finally had to contact the manufacturer. In a joint meeting, the manufacturer blamed Floors Unlimited for a poor install and the president of Floors Unlimited blamed the product. It is now a year later and we have extensive water damage. Neither Floors Unlimited nor the manufacturer is interested in assisting us. They are still blaming each other and suggesting that we repair the damaged areas, which won't solve the problem. We are going to have to sue to get any resolution. Avoid them and shop elsewhere.....
They thought they didn't bill me yet for one $15 tile.I thought I paid for it with all the other tile I bought that day 2 months ago.Not a big deal that could have been easily resolved one way or the other with a phone call. They never called. They never sent me a bill.Today, 2 months later, I get a PAST DUE notice in the mail....for 15 lousy dollars. After I spent all that money with them. This is how Mexican Stonehearted Tile treats customers.
This company is a scam. Wish I had read reviews about them before i did business. They have changed their name to CTW Flooring and the owner has also changed his name and after calling Registrar of Contractors I found out that they are not licensed. They are the same owners and even changed their personal names because of their bad business ethic. Be careful they are out to take your money. Stay away from 2235 n. 35th ave in phoenix.
