Very poor customer experiance with Mr. Taylor. Apparently late to open shop i ask if i should run for a cup of coffee and give him time to open and he replied "no what do you want?" i said are you sure? He replied, "what, you dont take me for my word?"So i followed him from door to door carrying my collet adapters trying to explain what i needed and what my problem was and going he could solve my dellema even if i needed to purchase a new 5c collet indexer. When i tried to explain my issue he just told me, "you dont know what the hell your talking about". I turn around and walked away. I will never step foot on that shop again and endeavor to never refer anyone then them again.Be aware! Just a grumpy man!

I went to look for a ring for my significant other and was helped by Brendali. She was helpful, and patients with my questions. I would recommend this place if looking for items... go see Brendali for help. She was great

We have had several Plumbing and AC thlngs done in the house and we have been very happy with the service. They are efficient and reliable.It is the only company we will now use and have recommended them to all of our friends and neighbors.

The people in the office are very unprofessional. They are scattered and not all there. I would ask certain basic questions regarding my bill and couldn't get any straight answers.

I absolutely recommend using Sun Devil for all your Heating/Cooling needs. I hired them in the summer of 2015 to install a new A/C unit and balance and repair my existing duct work.The total cost was very reasonable, and the service was timely and professional. Additionally, Jason went above and beyond to provide several additional accommodations which made working with Sun Devil a fantastic experience.

They don't seem to know what they are doing. They post an ad on Craigslist, but leave out the price, don't give the address or phone number, and list the thing as 220V when it's 120V. Then they repost the ad, with a price. Then they change the price again. All within a few hours. When you get there they claim it's been sold, then they wheel it out of the backroom. This is why I hate Pawn Shops!

Plumbing hardware may be OK to find here, but entry door hardware after recommendations from a couple of prominent businesses??? Not in my book! Here is my experience....Phone call after recommendation: " I need to find door hardware to fit (parameters A, B, C....) Oh yes, we can help you, but it is advisable you make an appointment. OK make me an appointment...." I described my exact needs down to the sixteenth of an inch. I was told "Oh yes, we can find you exactly what you need." My wife and I drove nearly 30 miles for this "appointment". what did we get? We got to stand at the front counter while our "expert" pulled put the same catalogs you can find at Lowe's, Home Depot, and on line. Then we were told, for all practical purposes, "we can't replace what you want replaced, you will have to modify..." This is what I pointed out when I was told to make an appointment with the "Expert"!Further, our "Expert" was so busy telling a contractor how much he owed and had to pay for before he could get his material and how "Mr. X" (won't discuss names here) has been looking for him to tell him how much he owes that she couldn't keep track of our conversation! I am sure this contractor really wanted me to know his financial business! This had to be the most unprofessional business dealing I have had experienced/witnessed! They could call me tomorrow and tell me they have exactly what I need and I would not buy a lollipop from these people! Having dealt with contractors and suppliers for nearly 45 years, this was definitely the most worthless unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered!
