Sonia Castro... Assistant manager was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Ask for the manager after talking to both CAR Jennifer and Sonia and was placed on hold then disconnected. Calling back proved worse than original call. All of this to inquire about last prescription my child received. My sonson prescription changes yearly and we have relocated. I just needed a starting point for his new eye doctor in Chicago. They refused to help thinking the would be losing money. Wow, they quote policies not backed in writing. And can seem to even find the parents name of former patients in their records. Take your children elsewhere. They are not a long term facilty. They do not put patients first.

BECAUSE IT SHOULDN'T TAKE ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO GET UR GLASSES. THE BEST THING ABOUT IT WAS THAT I DIDN'T PAY FOR ANYTHING SINCE THEY TOOK SO LONG. SO I HAD A LITTLE SPENDING MONEY. THANK U FOR MY BEAUTIFUL GLASSES BUT U WILL NEVER, NEVER SEE MY FACE AGAIN
This location is horrible, as soon as you walk in the employees instead of greeting you and acknowledge the fact that you walked in they look at you as if you were from another planet, and the girl on the reception she was very rude and couldn't even answer my questions without giving me attitude. Overall, very disappointed at this place and I would not recommend it to anyone specially my friends. I hope someone in management looks at this reviews and correct this problems or else, despite of your good deals you guys are going to lose a lot of business.
