I would give this review zero stars if I could. First off, I'm 58 years old and I have been in the automotive field all of my life. My truck is 23 years old and I have been detailing it myself yearly for the past 20 years. By detailing, I mean that I wash it with dish soap first, (this takes off any old wax that's still on the clear coat), then I remove the contaminants on the clear coat with a clay bar. The clay bar gets the clear coat back to it's original form as it was when it was first painted. In this state, the clear coat can be buffed to remove any small scratches to make it look better, and then it's ready to wax and polish to restore the finish to it's original condition. When I dropped the truck off , I explained to Steve Gaines that this is what I would like to have done to my truck. My thinking is, a used car sales type of business more than likely has a good detailer since used cars should look new for resale. When I went to pick up the truck, it had obviously not been clay barred because the clear coat had swirl marks over every inch of it. It was shiny but was scratched all over with the swirl marks. What they did was, wash the truck, then, with the contaminants still on the clear coat, hit it with a rotating buffer, causing the swirl marks. Then put some wax on it. I explained this to Steve, he said bring it back so he could make it right. I came to get the truck a second time, the swirlswere still on the finish and laying my palm on the finish and gently swiping over it, I could still feel the contaminents on it. I toldSteve that obviously no one in his organization knows anything about professionally detailing a vehicle and that I want my moneyback so that I can find a professional detail shop to do the job right. So far, I'm still waiting for the refund. $200If these guys can't even detail a vehicle correctly, what else are people not getting for their money?
great place to buy a car. very friendly staff and quick process. my entire experience lasted less than 15 min.
They are new to the game and it shows. Good luck retaining hot prospects. Terrible communication. They won’t be around long.

Bought a 2013 MKS at the dealership. Sale went well except the service department did not have time to fix the rims. When I signed the contract and paid $10,000.00 down, I noticed the rims were not dealt with. I was told they would fix them later. I would have to return on a Tuesday as that's when they have the "rim guy" in. Set an appointment and was told to drop off the car and a loaner would be waiting. Showed up and was told no loner because the insurance I provided to buy the car was not sufficient to take out the loaner, but I could reschedule. Yea right. Looking for a new service department and buying new rims. They have absolutely no regard for my time they wasted and want me to return.
I have boughten two vehicles from them and I take them back they're also for oil changes they have been really good they've helped me and I've never had any problems with them if I pull in there and I have something wrong with my car they always come out and they help me no matter what I will go back again when I'm ready to trade in and buy another vehicle the staff there is all friendly and so was the owner
So I'm always sketchy when it comes to buying used cars at independent dealers (I've been screwed in the past) but this one was different. First, the website was awesome because I applied online. And when i went to the lot the man explained every worry I had away. They have their own service shop too so I get a better deal on a mechanic than I would any where else. The man aslam was pretty nice and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Good people. I love my honda!
Another time used cars comes highly recommended. Michael their finance personal is very efficient and professional when it comes to finding you the right bank to finance a car. Experience is by far the fastest I have ever experienced. He is fantastic and ready to help! I bought a 2010 BMW X5 and referred my family to them as well for there reasonable prices and amazing fast service. My mother in law recently purchased a vehicle and could not not be more happy. Service is Phenomenal and staff are very helpful, kind and most importantly they listen to the customers needs and will go out of there way to assist and meet their expectations. I will be purchasing a 2nd vehicle soon from them! Thank you Another time used cars for your excellence and care!
I dropped my car off in the morning for a oil change on Saturday. I was told that it would be up to 3 hours before they could start the car, and that they would call me when it was done. I didn't receive a call for some time, I called to see if my car was done I was told the service department was closed and that no one could help me. They advised me that I could pick up the car Monday morning at 7 am. I had not planned on leaving my car for the full weekend. Mike told me that I was Out of luck and to come back Monday. He was very rude and basically stated he didn't even want to deal with my situation. Mitch the GM also told me the same thing. For being a huge dealership and a customer who had already paid in advance for 4 oil changes, they treated me as if I had no rights to my car and they could do whatever they pleased even if it was wrong. They all lied, I even called the cops and they lied to the cops. The Cops even said it was wrong but they couldn't do anything.
