I have had my hair straightened by Susan and was so happy with it. I've also had a deep cleansing facial and loved it! Susan (the owner) is truly one of the best when it comes to making you look and feel more beautiful. She can do it all and do it well. Whether it's hair, skin, massage, permanent makeup or more, Anna's Spa is the place to go. Unlike most salons, this place feels so warm and relaxing. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Worst hair cut I ever got in my life I walked out of there with a mullet. Would not recommend. Will definitely not go there again.
Top notch service. High quality products and they are super accommodating. Just tell them exactly what you are looking for and wa-la! I’m super tough on my nails so finding a place that can make them last was a challenge until now. My acrylic nails now LAST LONGER because of Fashion Nails.Worth every penny and they make me look classy and professional!
I kept telling my stylist I want my brunette hair back and she did not deliver what the picture looked like at all. The only thing she did was blend the first day and actually lighten my hair to a brighter blonde... The second day I went in for her to fix it and she showed me a red bronzie color in her mixture. (Which I absolutely hate that color on me. It looks ugly.) I denied the color she showed me and we agreed on a different color to what I thought was in fact more of a brunette color like I wanted... I went through the process again for the second time and I came out a dirty blonde... I told her I thought she was taking more blonde out and she said because I denied the color she picked out that I would have to pay for the next toner. I told my mom what had happened and she emailed and called them because she was paying with her money. The owner told her that the pictures I sent my mother were not me... How are you going to tell a mother they don't know their own child. She then continued to tell her that I was being untruthful to her as well. I'm very upset that a well known company would act so immature from the mistakes they have made. I will never make the mistake of using a company that doesn't take good care of their costmers. I think to call a customer basically a liar knows they did something wrong. I'm not a liar, I own up to my mistakes. I'm so unhappy a 4.5 rated company would treat me this way. SO DISAPOINTED!!! I want my money back! (There is one picture of my hair the first day and that was the lightest one. There are four pictures of what she gave me the second day. I also added the picture of the hair color I actually wanted from pinterest).
She was short and rude with both me and the other person who was with me. Wouldn't help the other person because she had over booked and was even more rude about that. To top it off I tried to explain to her what I wanted with my hair but instead of listening to me she kept telling me it's was her business and she knew what she was doing and then procided to butcher my hair. Would not recommend
'' I recently visited this salon Great Clips Hayden Plaza, located 12228 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85022 and had a very bad experience. I was treated by a very rude and unprofessional hair stylist. JERALD TROWEN. The guy apparently had a bad day and seemed to be very angry. Unfortunately, I happened to be his customer. Jerald did not greet me at all when I came in and started being rude from the beginning. Jerald was telling me things like ‘’seat here’’, “what do you want”… Jerald was throwing objects and the towel to the mirror in front of me, while providing a “customer service”. He was pulling my hair! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.I have been working with customers for many years and have never treated them like ‘piece of crap’’, no matter how bad day I might have had, the way this guy "Jerald" treated me. He should not be working this kind of job. This is such an embarrassment for this salon. They deserve to lose business because of such behavior of this employee. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ....!!!
My wife and our daughter went to get their nails (manicure/pedicure) my daughter had told the lady the length she wanted; nail tech cut them shorter than she wanted and when my daughter informed her the Tech just brushed it off ; instead of redoing them since she hadn't done anything else yet. My daughter has a very innocent heart so she didn't give any push back. When my wife went to sit by her she noticed the length. My daughter explained that she let the tech know, but the tech just let it go. I notice from in the car everyone watching this argument between Conner (the owner), 2 lady nail techs & my wife/daughter. He repeatedly accused my daughter "lacking communication skills".. without asking for refunds or being rude & unprofessional like Conner My family walks outside to let me know what's going on. Over all, this time the customer was not in the wrong. Conner should have never had a shouting match with my wife and daughter. We were never rude and 2 other clients agreed that he was extremely rude prior to me walking in. They had already paid at this point. When I asked what he thinks would be the best solution, He offered $5 for the inconvenience towards our next appointment, PATHETIC! From one business owner to another, everyone has bad days, but you would never catch me arguing and pointing blame at a young girl and her mother. Especially being a male, I would never want some lady and her daughter feeling intimidated. Sorry for my rant but this really pissed me off.
Great service. Kind people. Awesome selection of color and services. They are Pretty on point with every other nail salon in their price range.
I hate to give such a negative review but I this place is pretty bad. I tried it because it was close to my house. I went for a pedicure and my daughter was getting acrylic nails. We had an appointment. When I walked in it was pretty busy (surprisingly) but no one greeted me. I stood there for a couple minutes and finally called out to ask how I check in. I wanted to leave and I wish I had. So after waiting for 10 more minutes they sent me back to a chair. Some older man started working on my feet. My feet were sitting in a tub of cold water the whole time. He obviously didn't really know what he was doing. He had trouble finding the actual polish remover and then was filing my nails before they were cut. Then a woman came over and took over for him. She was more experienced but my feet still sat in a tub of cold water. I asked if I was going to get hot water so they added some hot water but not moving around. Anyway, she massaged my feet and legs a bit and ended up doing my nails ok. They looked acceptable when done. My daughter had a younger man working on her acrylics who also seemed not to know what he was doing. He was getting the adhesive all over her cuticles so it was burning. Then he lumped on big piles of gel to fill in leaving big humps. Again someone else stepped in midway after they were done with another customer. He seemed to know what he was doing but they had already been screwed up. She had picked a clear polish with glitter. They put the wrong nails on so they had to use some other opaque silver polish. The polish wasn't even put on nicely. They looked horrible. It was cheap but still not worth it because we had to go have her nails redone somewhere else. Will not be going back.
I love this place and recently (w/in the past 6 months ) I switched from acrylic to gel and let me just say I wished I would've done it sooner!!Here is what I've noticed:1. The gel grows out with my nails .. in other words when the corners of my natural nail starts to curl the gel adheres to it so NO LIFTING !!2. I have gone up to 4 weeks between fills w/no breaking (however I try and go every 3 weeks) or chipping! 3. The gel shine generally last 3 weeks for me! (I wear gloves when I clean) 4. The color selection is unlimited .. I used to wear only pink and white acrylic 5. The price comparison to other places maybe a lil higher ($5??) and it's worth it because other places are not using the same quality product ( I've tried multiple places cuz I'm frugal!) The owner, Kim, is a perfectionist and does top notch work and it shows in the daily compliments I get on my nails !!
