Gave this company a run in both our branches across several states. Customer service wasnt to our standard, recent product quality equally disappointing. Pointed out a delivered product deficiency to their new area rep here in the Valley, and was promised an answer. Nothing but crickets ever since, even with several follow-up calls.Their service leaves much to be desired. We used them, albeit their prices were a skosh higher than we normally paid for the same exact product with our established vendors, expecting that giving a local business our business would result in superior customer service. We were unfortunately wrong in our choice. Our existing vendor took back Bron's bad product and the new rep still hasn't called, with a direct message left for him.If you looking to be ignored and sold substandard product, Bron is just the company for you!

NEVER use this location to ship/mail anything. Does not even deserve one star. She overcharges you to ship and you will never see your packages again. She conveniently skips putting (the free) tracking info on Priority Mail packages so when you contact the store 18 days later when your 2-3 day shipping package still hasn't arrived, she can say " you just have to wait, there was no tracking put on the package". I wish I would have checked reviews before going to this place given the past reviews of packages that were never received and stolen. This location needs to be shut down asap- either something fishy is going on or this lady really doesn't know how to do her job.
Since the other Post Office location closed, this one opened up a few month ago and took over for USPS services and FedEx. It's relatively new, but it's not looking good so far! There seems to always be a problem of some sort, every time I go.The lady that works there seems to have very little idea of the services the post office provides, rates, boxes - mostly anything that goes beyond ringing up something on the register or taking delivery of an already labeled and paid for package. You are made to feel like you are a major inconvenience if you come in there for anything other than dropping off your package.I've been seriously overcharged on packages and when I inquired about the discrepancy between the online quote (same weight, address, size as she apparently entered) and the actual label she printed, she told me it was because I didn't print it myself and that the post office charges you that much for the ink and the sticker they use to label your package. Several dollars difference on one package? Unlikely - I certainly never encountered that high of a difference when I use the Click N Ship service online. But my issue is more with the fact that she made absolutely no effort to even check if she might have made a mistake. They are also frequently out of the USPS flat rate supplies, which can be a problem if you have already printed and paid for your click n ship labels. She offers NO alternative/solution at all other than driving across town to another post office and "see if they have it." In fact, getting any information out of her, is like getting blood out of a stone. For the most part, her answer to questions is a shrug.Apart from all the above, it has happened several times now that the post office wasn't open at 9 AM as stated, but up to 15-20 minutes later. It also doesn't really help that postal business is often ( actually pretty much every time I've been in there) conducted over the crying of the baby she has with her - and/or frequent text messages on her phone that seem to divert her attention.I'll be skipping this location in the future.
