I am a disabled, widowed senior citizen with regular medical appointments for which I take taxis and pay by credit card. I do not have a smart phone. I'd used Yellow Cab some years ago but 1/3rd of the time, no cab came! Now that Discount Cab has imploded, I gave them another chance. I called last night to book my round trip for which I am always on time. The agent repeated the info and said everything was set. The following morning I called 7 minutes before my pickup time only to be told there was NO RECORD OF MY P.U.'S! I had a friend drive me to my appointment. While being treated, I got a call from V.I.P. Taxi, another co. under the same ownership (Triple A Transportation) saying that my taxi had arrived (it was 11:45!). I explained that my PU at that address was at 12:15 not 11:45, so she said they'd reschedule and I got a text confirming that. At 12:08, I got a text that cab 588 was on its way. At 12:20, I called for an ETA and was told the driver couldn't find me so he cancelled the trip! The lying s.o.b. never called OR texted and that's what I told VIP! The agent said he'd just left so she tell him to go back and call me. That never happened! At 12:40, I called again and learned that a cab had just been dispatched but wouldn't arrive for at least 20 minutes; I cancelled the trip! I got a ride home from the office manager at my doctor's office... There service is as bad as it was ten years ago...

Watched an M&N Taxi go into oncoming traffic to get around a traffic jam. Didn’t even have a fare. Dangerous and not worth the risk.

Called for taxi as I was checking out of frys on 51ave n Baseline. This fifteen minutes before I was done, and operator said thirty minutes.Me n wife waited outside with quite of groceries, 15 min passed, called back operator said it would be another 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes n again called n operator said it would be another 3 to ten minutes because of another client with him still. At 11:35 he pull up gets off the car with no urgency and looks at me n wife like what are you doing with so many groceries. He said it was too heavy and too heavy I figured me and wife together weighed 375lbs. Maybe he doesn't know anything about the car and also the operator. Ohh and by the way he just left us there, got in his Prius and left. Real rude person and the car # 138 at time stated above me my wife used this Company for along time but not no more!!!! Ohhh and the way the total weight you can put in the back of the car is 825lbs what aha,e he he didn't know that information, all he knew was it was too heavy.
Well that was horrible customer service . Late and after given the confirmation code no one knew what I was talking about. Had no info in the system . First time I called because they were already late the lady said (half asleep) it's 4 miles away . After argueing with her because I wasn't in the system . The taxi shows up and it's a small 4 door car, I had reserved a van from accommodate all my luggage ( I had called the day before to make sure everything was 100% and 3 days prior ) after being on the phone with the "customer service person" which wasn't to worried about Anthing she said well I don't know have a good day . The taxi driver felt bad and had another company come out and take us . About 2 hours later the "van driver " from the original transaction showed up and said I'm here im the taxi you ordered ... I laughed and closed the door by saying call your company . Worst experience . If it wasn't for the taxi driver nothing would been done he needs to work somewhere else . This company suck! .
Right on time, affordable, polite and friendly.Got help with caring my heavy boxes and heard no complains I've ordered taxi for a short trip.
