The worst. 1 Cashier and 12 people in line. They don't care about their customers. This bank needs an overhaul. Management included
( Wednesday 9-20-17 AT 1:30pm) The worst experience at a bank whom I have been with for 20 years. Went to this branch to have my accounts updated, brought a copy of the original death certificate to have my husband's name removed, the gentleman who came over didn't introduce himself, looked up my acct's and when I handed him the copy " said oh I can't take that we need the original" and you will need to make an appt. there was "ONE" other customer in the branch "ONE"NO SIGN IN SHEET, SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE COLLECTING A SALARY???He gave me the name to email or call Nicholas D Ahumada, I emailed Thurs 8:19 AM my response came at 4:55 Thursday seriously the end of the day. Went to the Wells Fargo Branch on Ray Rd ( Thursday 9/20/17 @ 11:00 am and a Mr Luay Najjar helped me it was like night and day, I brought everything the original death certificate, copy of the original death certificate, copy of marriage certificate, our will, I told him what had happened and he said I don't understand what the problem was he kept the copy and EXPLAINED, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONSThis Wells Fargo Branch located at 10651 S 51st St in Phoenix Az ( NEEDS GOOD MGNT TO STEP IN AND FIX THESE ISSUES WONT BE USING THIS BRANCH GOING FORWARD WILL GO TO THE BRANCH LOCATED AT 48TH AND RAY ROAD PHOENIX AZ
We were in this bank on Saturday November 1/2014 to get a cash advance for a purchase. We are Canadian and are down for 6 months a year. We had some difficulties doing so with the process due to Canadian banking rules. Jesus Brecedia was such a pleasure to work with. I have banked with M&T for 6 years. They are a bank that, from my own experience, really focus' on individual needs. I had been injured and was unable to go to the branch I banked at in Watertown, NY. The Manager took the time to come to my home and assist me with my needs. I'm thrilled to have them in Phoenix!
We have had issues in the past with other Banks and their strict over charge Fees and poor Customer Service ,specifically Bank of America Lost a Good Customer.Since we changed Banks a few years ago we have been able to manage our 2 Personal Checking Accounts with ease and better assistance.We decided to give Wells Fargo Bank our 2 Business checking accounts to help us manage them better and all in one place.Thanks Wells Fargo Bank for providing absolute Customer Satisfaction.Your Loss Bank of America
They don't even deserve 1 star. I've been to this location at least a dozen times and every time is worst than the last. They literally take a minimum of 20 minutes to make a simple cash deposit or withdraw. Every employee I've gotten is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service. I once wasted an entire lunch break in the drive thru, trying to make a deposit. I will never be visiting this location again!
I was assigned a mortgage banker from this office and it's the worst experience getting a loan I've ever experienced. They have horrible communication skills and are notorious for missing closing dates due to lack of proper time estimation skills. Please use any mortgage lender besides Chase, but especially avoid working with anyone from this office. You will be sorry if you do.
Iv never had such a friendly encounter. As soon as you walk in you get a friendly welcome by a team member. i dont have to walk around not knowing what direction i need to go to. i get pointed to the right direction no waisting my time in the wrong line just to be told i need to go to the end of a different line . the staff is always looking sharp! ... Amazing experience with a very friendly enviorment .. the kids walk in heading straight to the candy bucket and balloon center.. they know not only do they treat you like a value customer they maker your entire family feel welcomed .. THATS A AMAZING TEAM !
Thank you Harris Trust! With your suspicion and the Great Marsha and Becky who both work in your Arizona branch, my trip to South America can get back on track. My card was "cloned" and the good quick thinking of a fine gentleman in your offices put a warm hold on my card. Marsha and I, we shifted through it all and figured out what happened when and how. Now on to the paper work and again with Marsh'as help I can stave off some losses.
