I was trying to buy a car from him, he kept on giving me the runaround. Rather than saying the car is sold or he cant sell it. Tim Rose did not return calls left several messages as I thought the car was still for sale. After a month of outgoing calls I have no one answering the calls. Owner Tim Rose just runs around always busy, too busy to return calls waste of time.Could have been simple by returning phone calls and just saying not for sale. Simple really.
Les did a wonderful job of painting a new front fender for my Harley. I then brought him my son's Dodge pickup for some touch up and was very disappointed. Although I told him I wasn't happy I still paid in full since Les did not offer to redo the truck or reduce the price. I was so upset that on my way home I pulled over and sent him the following text message, "Les, you did a great job on the Harley fender and maybe my expectations were a little higher that they should have been for the Dodge but I am very disappointed in how it came out. I'm not one to argue over money but I really feel as though I overpaid. There's over spray on the left rear and there's black on the windows and running down the fender on the left side. The black doesn't look uniform. To me it like like a rush job without regard for quality. This is just how i feel. When my son and I looked at it last night we both were not happy and that's why I wanted to see it in daylight. Thank you and have a blessed day." NO REPLY FROM HIM! Since he didn't take the time to reply I now believe that he's only in it for the money and has no regard for customer satisfaction. Not a good way to build a reputation. I arrived back at Sky Harbor airport and found a flat tire and the only service that had the right-sized tow truck was Pep Boys.Quick and easy service with some really nice people. Thank you, Sierra, Austin, and Damon ( excellent mechanic) for making my difficult time in Phoenix a whole lot nicer. I was able to get on my way with a new tire quickly. Went in to get my car checked and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I asked them if they could fix my brakes and they told me only the back ones had a problem so I gave them the OK to replace them. I went to go pick it up and they told me they were closing earlier (Right at that time, no warning) so I asked if they would please wait for me and they did. I had to leave work early to come pick it up. When I got my car back the lights in my car and over license plate no longer turned on and my brakes still squeaked. I had to wait over the weekend to call them and tell them what happened because they were closed. I work two jobs and was not able to work my 2nd because I use my car to drive around at night and since my lights did not work I was not able to work those days. I was able to take it in on Tuesday, and they told me they would need to keep the car overnight because there was now electrical issues. Today, Wednesday, I received a call saying my car was done and my total was $100. I did not give the OK for the electrical work and this happened while it was under their care, on top of that they forgot about my brakes and I had to be late to work for the 2nd time. They told me it did not have to do with them but I had to go days without any fixing because they gave it back to me and said it was good to go and I did not approve it... Will never return.
I went to Greg Clark's to get my Saturn fixed. I knew I needed a new alternator and after looking at my car, the staff at Greg Clark's agreed. They did the work in an extremely efficient manner – I had my car back the next day since they had to order a part. The price was reasonable (compared to other shops I looked at) and I can tell the staff takes pride in the work they do.
This is the only place that I use for my exhaust needs. Being a car guy I am asked for my recommendations all the time. Performance Muffler is who I recommend. I have yet had anyone tell me that they weren't happy with the work. - Today my visit was for a new catalytic converter. Wow, what a difference!
I have had a awful rip-off experience with this shop for 1406.52. I currently have a case against this place, and the owner fails to answer court summons. Therfore the judgement will enter for default. His license expired on 12/2011, check the front office wall and see for ourself.
Omg! last week my husband MSG Porchia, went to AutoZone to return a part he did not needed, after looking in the car, found out that it was a piece of Styrofoam, stuck in the engine where a filter was not in to keep junk from getting into the engine . We have proof that it was not touch or put in, in the process we rented a car, until we could get it fix. Anyway long story short, we did not need the part, we had the receipt and bought it back without use. My husband went to turn it in, and a lady name Carla alaya who works there, maybe got the name smelled wrong, humiliate my husband, by accusing him of trying to bring it back after it was used, in front of people who was listing , he was upset, my husband is a minister and a jrotc instructor , and a vet of 24 and a half years in the army, we do not need the little bit of money that was owed to us. She was wrong to do what she did, my husband had to call the COL, to let them know the part was not touch or used, and I called the store also, because the car was towed to the house and on Thursday evening aaa towed it to phoenix to be looked at. My husband is African American, and I question weather if this was a white man, would he have been treated differently. I guess I was in shock, because AutoZone in mesa has treated us so kind and never treated us with such dis respect , actually it is the one in Apache junction. I wanted to tell Carla my husband teaches kids to do what is right and things will go good for them, and the thing is 90 percent of the kids he teaches are Mexican Americans, Carla made my husband feel humiliated, no excuse! no excuse, no apology from Carla, I mean I felt bad for my husband to be accuse of something you did not do, and had to prove yourself by calling people to verify, and people looking and listen in the store. Carla, I hope when you are approach by people that they will not judge you, from what they think. I am upset to the point of getting a Lawyer!! I will be calling main office.
I want my money Ricardo at Castro's auto Repair had my son car for over 1 month did not do anything to it Ricardo took my sons 500 dollars down payment to buy motor but didn't now excuse after excuses as to when he will give money back.
