I'm speaking for my daughter who went to pick up glasses and is watching people chatting away rather than take care of the customers. Dr. Rios is awesome! The rest of the staff is worthless

Very unprofessional people working in the front. I walked in and both girls were doing thier make-up. Not greated and didnt feel welcomed at all. My frames had a chip in them and when returned, the same make up caked face girl said that they couldnt do anything about it. This is too bad as the real Dr was pretty nice and did a good job. Too bad they hired such poor office workers. I will never go back even though I live a block away. Smh..
"jerked around" !Followed the "RULES" set by the Office and Medicare Advantage Policy and received GREIF at every turn. Treated like 2nd class Customer by office staff ESPECIALLY after I noted that my glasses were "NOT RIGHT". Was told "7 to 10" days for delivery on the 11th day it was conveniently revised to "7 to 14" days delivery. I expect in 14 days it will be Revised AGAIN to 20 days or MORE..*Dr Becker was More than Professional and understanding and treated me like a Patient and CUSTOMER and NOT like a piece of MEAT. Thank you Doctor Becker.
I have been a customer for about 10 years to the tune of about $100 a year. NO MORE. Recently, I spent over $800 on frames/lenses that were never correct. The office kept insisting I give them a try and get used to them. Dr. De Rubeis saw they were not placed correctly to my retinas, but I still could not see through them. They kept telling me to try, and not to worry, they would make them right. I told the office specifically I would try them, but did not want to keep getting pushed past a warranty. I was assured that would not happen. After headaches and nausea, and lost work productivity, I decided I had enough. I returned wanting a refund. The office manager did not even look at my file and said I was past the warranty. EXACTLY what I was worried about. After insisting they remake the glasses that are still not right, I discovered I was NOT over the warranty. The office manager just did not want to lose any money. I purchased nicer frames/lenses at a higher quality at a competitor and they fit perfectly, not a single adjustment. I can see clearly. Even after repeated requests, Dr. De Rubeis never had the professional courtesy to even call me to discuss. I guess keeping $800 means more than a longstanding customer/patient. BEWARE.
For a knowledgeable staff that can actually FIT eyeglasses, go here! Marv is very nice and is great at making sure your glasses fit properly. Love these guys!!
I have been going to this location for a few years and I will no longer use their services. The customer service is well below average , the staff members have low knowledge about services and I don't feel they are giving me correct info. They never get my prescription right on the first try so it takes weeks to get my glasses . My insurance only allows me to use nationwide so I have opted to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket so I can get better services .
Staff is friendly and thorough, but delivery is atrocious. 4 Weeks to get glasses? Really??? When the glasses finally arrived the office decided to close for the week. I had to ask that the glasses be mailed to my office. Ridiculous. Absolutely horrible delivery process.
Very disappointed with VisionWorks on Mayo Blvd., Scottsdale, specifically Marv. He sold me a year's worth of contacts and when told that 2 of them (out of 24) were ripped and unusable, he told me that he wouldn't be able to do anything about it unless I came in for a new prescription. What a rip off. I will contact Bausch&Lomb but will certainly NEVER go back to VisionWorks.
Lots of very helpful information and help aligning all 3 pairs of glasses... I will be back!
