My family is currently in financial crisis. My husband lost his job and my job doesn't pay enough. I'm self employed btw so I eat all my expenses and that makes it worse. Anyway, I haven't had to apply for assistance in a long time and I always feel ashamed to have to do so when I do, and typically the case workers don't make you feel better about it. They are usually rude and you can tell they hate their job because they deal with stereotypical welfare people. Not everyone who applies is that kind of person but I think the case workers see too much of them and become conditioned to thinking that the clients are "welfare people" who are just trying to make a buck off the govt. again not the case usually in my opinion but I don't work there so I don't know for sure. Anyway I had to make two trips this time around. The first time I got a woman who's name I don't remember who was VERY OBVIOUSLY having a bad day. Or she has a bad outlook on life. She was not friendly at all and was really sarcastic and rude with me. I was afraid to talk to her really and I was afraid I was going to get her again the second time around when I had to come back. I was dreading coming back because of her. She didn't finish my case the first time and didn't tell me everything I needed to bring. She left things out and entered info incorrectly (I didn't know that till round 2) and she made me afraid to ask questions. Round 2 comes along and I take my husband as he had to get fingerprints. We wait the 3-6 hour wait again. Only 3 hours this time luckily and we get a different person which I was so grateful for. This lady's name was Rose and she was AWESOME. She's the reason I'm writing this review to be real. She was so friendly and helpful and she did her best for my husband and I. She made my experience so much better and I wasn't afraid to talk to her or ask her questions or just have a conversation with her. She made sure she had everything she needed and didn't send me home without a verdict. She had a lot of customer service awards in her cubicle which the other lady didn't have, and I can see why. She was a ray of sunshine and a team player too I think because after my case she had to do a hearing or something like that. Some thing that people don't like to do and she told me that she does them anyway so the other people that don't like it won't have to. She was a nice lady and deserved a good review so I found a place to review her on and wrote this. If you have to come to this office, hope you get rose.

I couldn't have picked a better school for my daughter. She is excelling and the staff is always a pleasure to work with
I must say moving from out of state I thought I did enough research to make sure I allowed my kids to go to a great school....after reading so many reviews I came to the conclusion to have them attend here which is why I moved so close to it. I must say it has been one of the most worst mistakes of my life....my son was moved around to so many teachers within the three months...then he was placed into a class where the teacher stated to me different things that my son was doing (Which was out of his character) and I asked her not to wait so long to tell me to call me and when she did I would answer even if I was at work....it got to the point where I had to start showing up at the school every morning because kids were taking his lunch (that I packed for him) and bullying him at school(hitting and kicking him in places boys shouldn't touch) and he would go and tell her and he would try to punish him for it like it was his problem....tgere were a few times I would take off work to see how he was doing in class and I would let her know I was coning next day and she would try to talk me out of coming and then she would call off the next morning so she didn't have to see me....i don't believe she care to much for my son but try to put a bad rep on him when in actuality she was the only one whom had a problem with him....everyone else adored him and never complained about anything....he would come home and tell me things that were more like belittling him which of course was unexceptble and I had to hold many different meetings with her...and everytime I came and picked him up from school they could never tell me where he was....this school has made my experience the worst ever.....some teachers and staff are actually caring and want to help....just with this one teacher has made my experience feel a different type of way....good luck on your experience with with school
I have been to the MVD and other third parties and this one is by far the best. As long as you bring in the correct documents that are required for whatever you are doing they can get you processed and out super quick! There were so many people who weren't bringing the right papers or documents in who had to be turned away ans left angry but it's their own fault. The employees here are so nice, This was my second time here and I waited 13 minutes and was processed and out of here within 30 min.
My two daughters, 11 and 13 started at Paradise Valley School of Karate 8 years ago with no martial arts experience. Since then they have excelled in Karate, placing in multiple state, regional, national and world championship tournaments. My 13 year old is currently State Champion in Arizona, Regional Champion in Pacific Coast and Southwest Regions, National Champion, and two time World Champion as well as two time National Points Champion. She could not have achieved this level without the training of Sensie Wall, Sensie Hamel and the instructors at PVK. They have provide my girls with superior martial arts skills, a love for competition, and a level of confidence that most young people struggle to find these days. They have learned discipline, respect, and teamwork as well. I can't imagine my daughters training anywhere else but at PVK. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great experience and journey in martial arts.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on a Saturday to obtain an AZ driver's license after moving from Colorado. It would make sense that the benefit of the 3rd party MVD is largely the availability, right? So Saturdays would likely be busy? The two ladies at the desk were so utterly incompetent that their aggregate skills were equivalent to about half of those of an effective employee.A slowly growing mob built up behind me (I arrived in the nick of time, apparently) and since the take-a-number system was turned off for the day, there was no discernible organization method. Many people left after a few minutes waiting - it took both employees about 30 minutes to issue one young man's instructional permit. When I finally got to the counter, I was told that they would not accept my passport as ID, despite the published DMV literature to the contrary. Good luck getting any service here, let alone from someone with basic math skills, common sense, or literacy!
I will NEVER go to DMV again if I can take care of business here. The staff answered the phone quickly and answered all of my questions. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and was able to do title work and get a car registered in about 10 minutes! No more waiting for your number to be called....this place is awesome!
a place to git maps. room #800.
great school with even greater teachers
