Do not let the service department touch your bike. Save yourself and bring it anywhere else to get fixed.

STAY AWAY. Took my Harley road king in for oil change, running great. On the way home oil light flickered on and off. Next day oil light was on lifters banging bike locked up. Put it on the trailer and took it in. Of course they wouldn't take any responsibility. I think the they put on the wrong filter, not sure. He tried to hit me up for another 1000.00 said he thought it was the oil pump, I'm not buying that explanation. Looks like we are going to court over this.
Just purchased my Shoei RF-1200, Motul oil and gloves from Nate. I had an AWESOME experience, he even helped my girlfriend find her helmet size (we thought she was a medium but it turns out she was an XS). I wish I could rate them 6 stars!
These guy get it right the first time and have years of knowledge. If you find there shop you just got a gift from god
Bourget's is out of business.*** Originally Posted 03/11/2013 ***They haven't answered emails or phone messages requesting parts for weeks. It's unfortunate to see another one bite the dust. I wish I never bought my Bourget.Ha,was I right or what? In the Phoenix area this is the place to go. Jay is always friendly and she knows her motorcycles. Jay and her staff always make you feel welcome. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
STAY AWAY!! I bought my Bourget Dragon in May of 2007. (Brand New) The first time I waxed it, I noticed that the paint job was SH@T! I notified Bourget's and they said..."we farm out our paint jobs, so we are NOT responsible"! It cost me $5000.00 to have it repainted. During the first 2 months I owned it, I went through 11 blinkers. There was an electrical problem which kept blowing them out. I would be riding along, and the headlight would blow up and the bike would die. I would hitch hike home and get my truck and trailer and get it home. (happened MANY times) To make a long story short, in the 5 years I had it, I only put less than 10,000 miles on it. (it was always in the shop or waiting for parts) August 8, 2012 my Springer front end locked up, the neck cracked and the bearing couldn't "jump" it. I was on a straight road, the bike went to the right (I couldn't stop it) and I crashed into the guard rail. The bike was totaled, and I received road rash, a broken rib and a broken leg. Bourget's didn't show up for the disassembly (which PROVED they were responsible) didn't show up for court, and are currently defying a court order to pay for my injuries and compensation. If I am the one who finally "broke the camel's back" and caused them to go out of business.....it makes me wonder how many lives I saved (for new buyers). While I will admit that my bike was by FAR the prettiest one I have EVER owned (and I've had 4 road bikes and 6 dirt bikes) the ONLY thing that I feel a Bourget is good for, is to weld your mailbox to the handlebars, and park it at the end of your driveway. (if you're LUCKY, somebody will steal it) If you STILL think that they make a good product, go online and see just how many "owners" are trying to sell them with less than 10,000 miles on them. When I called Brigitte Bourget to talk to her about how many problems I had experienced, after less than 45 seconds she said "I don't want to hear about it" and hung up on me. (prior to my crash) Since the crash, they do NOT respond to paperwork (certified mail) or emails from my Lawyer, me, nor the Judge.Personally, I would tell Brigitte to stuff every one of the bikes sold since Roger Bourget was phased out, into her arse! She is definitely a "bottom feeder"!!!Roger has reopened in Montrose Colorado under his full name. I sure wish I had known that he was being phased out of BBW. I would have waited and dealt with HIM, as I thought I was in the first place....
Best shop in town.....PERIOD
