Took our dog there to jave fatty tumors removed. That night she was bleeding internally and ee had to have her put down. Please dontbtake your animal here.
My mom has been taking her Pomeranian to this veterinarian's office since she was born and she is 10 years old now. She took her in this past Thursday for a checkup and her shots and had extensive blood work and x-rays done because she was not acting right,they released her with a clean bill of health just to be brought into a 24 hour emergency clinic two days later and was diagnosed with diabetes that she has had for a very long time that this veterinarian's office never discovered.Which is odd because if they were doing what they were supposed to do while checking her out she would have neverdied this morning. All of her organs gave up on her and she crashed really quick. If this was a great vet our dog would still be alive. I would give no stars if I could but it won't let me post my review unless I give at least one star.
This animal hospital is amazing. Dr Epple and Jon drove to my home to help my suffering beloved dog. I called on a Monday morning and Dr Epple was in my home helping me in less than 2 hours (and I live 40 minutes from the office!!). They were both so compassionate. The office staff was so helpful and I will highly recommend them again and again!
I love this vet. All of the employees are so helpful and take the time to talk with you even if its just consoling... We live in PA but don't mind the nice country drive to their private office... Our small breed dogs love them. When our one dog passed at 6mos. they were very supportive, and even sent a sympathy card. We like that they always have time, even 2 hr. emergency care and are always clean and helpful and friendly.
