I had damage done to my property by this two bit 3 stooges contractor. I filed a lawsuit against this moron until he blinked and wanted to sing like a canary and settle out of court.

Worst experience ever. Work completed improperly the first time and instead of fixing it the second time they actually caused damage to a wall in the house instead. Owner's son was supposed to come a see the problem and never showed. Waited again another day and was told that someone was on the way but no one showed. The only answer I received is that they will get around to the repairs when they have time but it's not a priority. Basically left with no other option than to proceed with legal action. Be forewarned people.

We have a drain in the back of the house that clogs about twice a year. We called Affordable on July 1 and were told someone would call the next morning, and be out between 8 and noon. My husband waited out back but no one every called; we found a note in our front door that said they had been at our house at 12:15 pm. We were not able to reach them again for the rest of that day, or on Sunday, despite leaving many messages. We were stuck without being able to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher over the 4th of July weekend because they did not call as promised -- just showed up and didn't even knock at the door for us to know they were there.

shocked to see any negative reviews as all of my experience with this company have been super! I first used Stephen through my home warranty- THOSE are the guys that screw you. He's done big and small jobs for us and has been responsive, prompt, and effective in all of them. He is also competitively priced.

This business is reliable. Mr. Sean gets the job done, and he does it with care. When he is done, he cleans up after himself.

Call disconnected number HOMEOWNER BEWARE!!!We bought our Water Heater at HOME DEPOT - a RHEEM - Home Depot require that we contact the manfacturer, the manfacturer require we have their area "Technical Rep" check out the heater before we return it. WE HAVE BEEN OUT OF HOT WATER FOR 5 DAYS AND THE TECH SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE BY PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.I do not recomend "Home Depot" for novices, "Rheem Manfactures" or any plumbing tech service they recommend. "Thank you Stephen Anthony Plumbing", but NO Thank you.

I have made 4 appointments and the technician failed to show up every time. Twice he notified me that he would be late, and subsequently did not turn up, and twice he did not even bother to contact me. If he was not interested in the job he should not have made any appointment in the first place.
