On different occasions, when I did not receive a package, they told me it was delivered, even listed a time and place on my property where it was delivered.On two occasions I finally received the package in question. The last one I'm still trying to determine what they did with it. As of now, I am out $40.00 for the item.

Aggressive, abusive staff and manager. Saddest post office I've ever seen. Needs to be closed and staff counseled to find jobs where they don't have to serve the public. Real black eye for the USPS.
The mailman named Gabe must not know how to read. For almost 2 years now has been putting my mail in the wrong box which is clearly labeled with my name and address. A bunch of morons work here.
Staff is rude lazy slow lacks intelligence & initiative. Packages are often not delivered & I suspect stolen by staff and/or carriers. Called Postmaster General, filed several complaints to no avail. They don't give a crap either. Easily the WORST POST OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY. USPS should just give it up & let private industry take over if this is typical of Post Offices in the US.
Live on Outlook Ave, with 87 year old mother who certainly does not drive. Our post office is DRUMMOND RD!!!!! I have more medical problems their is. HE PUT ENVELOPE IN WRONG ADDRESS so, very neatly in plastic bag so it did not get damaged he DID NOT TAKE BUT HE IS THE ONE WHO PUT IN IN WRONG DAMN BOX. Second time, last one I did walk down to correct address but I am mad that he or she just left it there .IT IS UR JOB NOT MY JOB TO DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He could of knocked on door even though it said on plastic, WRONG ADDRESS!!! SO< some mail carrier takes it or this person DOES NOT GET THIS LOOKS LIKE IMPORTANT LETTER!!! AND I AM AT 9427 Outlook Ave. ON you not me!!!!
THE WORST EVER!!!!!! They always claim to have "attempted to deliver" your package & they dont. They never left a notice that theyre asking me to sign!! So in advance do no pay for express/2-day shipping they will waste your money due to lack of initiative to do what they are being PAID for ! Idk how they still have their jobs after the amount of complaints/reviews they have.
Online it says they are open till 5:30, but when I get there at 4:50 they are closed. If time online is incorrect then they need to fix it. Also, if you are open till 5:00, stay open till 5:00
This is by far the worst post office in America. There is always a 45 minute wait minimum no matter what time of day you get there. Of course, it serves one of the poorest neighborhoods in the country....
Made a care package for my husband in the army through Walmart. It had to be sent in to separate boxes for whatever reason but was still sent out the same day. I paid to have the boxes delivered by the 15th. One box was delivered on the 17th which is ok I guess because he's over seas. The section me box has been sitting at this facility since the 11th. It is now 8 days later and nobody has any information on it. All their telling me is the packages is at this facility. I had to open a case....hopefully that'll get things moving. I'm very upset about this!
