I enjoy their regular checks to investor partners of which I am a small one. Highly recommend to others
PMG Realty Ltd has been a Great company. You guys are the best! Highly recommend to family and friends!!
They are always professional and everyone in the office is very welcoming. Any time Ive had an issue they do there best to solve it with ease.
Awesome place would recommend to anyone.
DO not use this company. Barbara Steele has been causing veterans delays in closings for years. She doesn't deserve even one star. I'm requesting that Congress remove her as a VA appraiser. I'm 100 percent total and permanently disabled but this idiot doesn't care. She has put my family in a financial bind. I won't stop until she's off the VA appraiser list. I hope she burns in hell for her incompetence.
I had a rude worker answer the phone and when I asked if I could speak to my friend I heard the phone get slammed down and the girl fussed I also heard they were closing down. It smells bad and I don't how the Health Department allows this place to stay open. When do they inspect this place? How do they find these workers? I would visit my family members often. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone, not even my dog! This is a sad facility and IMO needs to be shut down.
Renting from the Marlen Yelson Corporation is the worst idea. They are by far the worst landlords I have ever had. First, they never ever answer their phones or email, unless they wanted money from you. Their office hours was only 10 to 2 M-F with a 2 hour lunch break in the middle. It was impossible address any maintenance issues. We spent a month without the stove/oven or the disposal. We had to wash dishes in the tub a couple of times. Dealing with getting the security deposit back was a nightmare. They still have not answered any of my emails, and I just received this today. We moved out 32 days before this check was dated (against the law in PA where they need to return the security deposit within 30 days). Their reasoning for what was withheld is also completely ridiculous. I scrubbed that kitchen (which came dirty to begin with) until it was as spotless as possible, the bathroom also has mold caked on there, it needed to be addressed years ago, but apparently, that is our fault. Lastly, we hung shelves in the apartment because of the lack of storage space, and decided to do a nice thing by cutting the time to repair the walls in half (I do this regularly for my job) by spackling. I did not have the time to wait for them to dry to sand them, but I figured it was still a huge help. It does not cost $675 in labor or materials to sand and paint over speckled holes. I could have done it myself in 15 minutes with the right paint. Would they have preferred giant holes in their walls and to spend more time and money to fix it, or would we just have been charged more? (also illegal, since they cannot charge for usual wear and tear, such as hanging shelves and pictures). On top of all of this, their note is EXTREMELY rude. If this security deposit was more money, I would take them to court. They are horrible people to work with, and will try to take as much money as possible from you. Do not rent from them if you can help it.
Mr Abraham is an absolute wonderful person. very helpful. On the job when its comes to maintenance issues. Great landlord.
Avoid at all costs. After my previous landlord sold his property to New Age, everything has gone south. Now that I'm moving out, they've started scheduling showings. They are bombarding me with evening showings and are very reluctant to reschedule, even when I have visitors. Not only that, each time I come home there's something new that got screwed up. Last time my apartment door was left unlocked. This time the two front doors to the building were left unlocked and my kitchen door was left open. My dog took that opportunity to leave the kitchen and tear up my bedroom. If all that wasn't enough, their staff is rude an unhelpful. Please do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company.
Terrible! I paid a $35 application fee, and my credit came back good. The realtor assured me that if I returned the next day at the arranged time with a cashier's check for the first month's rent, I could sign the lease. The next day, after spending a $2 fee for the cashier's check, I went back to the office EARLY, and they inform me that they already rented the apartment to someone else. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I asked for my money back, and they refused. I highly recommend against using this company.
