I guess I expect more from a person that makes coffee. If all I'm doing is sitting there talking to another black person, I'm suspicious. Can we call Racist?
After waiting in line for 25 minutes I ordered a cup of coffee and a slice of banana bread. I was told that any food would be an additional wait. I explained that those people were waiting for food to be heated and I just needed her to pick up a,slice, which was right next to her and slide into one of the paper envelopes she also had right in front of her. She said that would not be fair to the customers waiting for their food. THAT IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAD EVER SEEN!!!
around 12:02 to 12:24 friday nov 4 20161) i was 2nd in line, and it took over 20 minutes.2), after saying order and handing 2 bags of coffee to grind, a tall african american female (i say this for owner of the franchise to identify crappy employee) in the line behind me who turned out to be an employee (supervisor? she was bossing everyone) purchasing stuff after her shift who was getting impatient!!! (because they're so slow!) - repeatedly pressured me to put my chip credit card in before the baristo rang me up and before i even knew the amount (he was off putting coffee in grinder). She came at me from the side and told me, not asked me, repeatedly, and i asked her to back off because i'm head injured and noise sensitive, and then she stepped more in my space, until i said, keep it up, and you're going to cost [the baristo] his tip, because i felt so powerless and overwhelmed, and she wouldn't back off.(i had two orders on two cards, but she didn't know this - i wasn't sure which one he was going to put through first.) she then flew in a huff, and said loudly twice to the baristo - "i'm going to ring myself up!" and went around the counter and did so, and kept picking a fight with me, saying "it's fine lady" (uh, no, it's not). and said something to baristo.3) she then told the baristo to give the man behind her his order for free (but then another employee rung it up -not sure if he paid, fyi franchise owner).4) i tipped the baristo, only to find he had wrinkled and not sealed the bags so they leaked all over (incompetent or on purpose? because i then asked him (not her) if i could put the tip on the card, and she interjected no, so maybe he thought he wasn't getting a tip).5. i've been to many starbucks. i always tip, and i always feel they're wonderful. until now. unbelievable. worst. starbucks. ever.
We ordered on line. Delivery was estimated in 40-60 minutes but took 80 minutes. Food was quite warm, order was correct and portions quite generous. Quality is high. We will definitely order from this restaurant again or visit. Good value.
Very disappointed in trio i use to be a fan now im just fustrated at their services. There food use to be good I moved for college and came back its not as good and I told then I did not like the food the waiter(Hispanic lady?) refused to tell cook and the cook (another hispanic lady) just did not want to remake. I also told the manager sitting at the register she was not trying to hear my complaint.I use to be a fan of her food of this trio but now I am an angry customer and they will never see a dime of my money again.

This was my second time at Starbucks and the banana nut bread was it standing along with this some other raspberry bar that was delicious but the only thing that sucked was the coffee.... so I think.
