Purchased a knife off of their website but realized I got the wrong one. I emailed with staff about exchanging the knife for a different size. They were very helpful and willing to make the exchange. A few weeks after our email exchange I went into the store to make the swap and they said I passed the exchange period which was 30 days. A fair policy but it's not stated anywhere. Even more frustrating was when I was emailing with the staff about the exchange it was after the 30 day mark. I was told to come in and exchange it but then they didn't take it?! Company was unwilling to work with me on this or accept a restocking fee. This was a $200 knife! I never plan on going back and would not recommend it to anyone. Customer service is severly lacking.
